Innanzitutto non rispettano gli orari, poi cambiano i giorni di prelievo e terapia a loro piacimento e non hanno nemmeno il buon senso di avvisare il paziente! Quando bisogna fare la chemio e ti capita un tutor per oncologo, direttamente ti lasciano in attesa per delle ore! Disorganizzazione e strafottenza totale! È vergognoso perché bisogna avere più rispetto per i malati oncologici, invece se ne fregano e non fanno rispettare gli orari per chi dopo dovrebbe pure fare radio terapia! Ciancio e la sua efficiente equipe. Ma la gestione post operatoria in reparto è stata pessima, in quanto tutti gli infermieri ad eccezione di due, sono stati poco professionali, indisponendoti e inadatti a svolgere un lavoro delicato verso i pazienti. Nel caso specifico di mia moglie, non assistita in maniera adeguata, lasciata con le lenzuola sporche per un giorno intero. Non ricevuto alcun aiuto per alzarsi nonostante i dolori e si è dovuta lavare con fatica da sola. Un vero peccato per una struttura d'eccellenza, con medici professionali e prericovero gestito in maniera impeccabile. The grade is an average of doctors and nurses. Ho fatto un intervento di colecisti eseguito dal Dott.Santangelo,persona meravigliosa in tutto, i medici dovrebbero essere tutti come lui.Grazie infinite.?

Altre molto molto difficili da affrontare. ma tutti e dico tutti (ovviamente parlo del reparto di ortopedia oncologica) ma sono sicura che per tutta la struttura sia così, efficiente, pulita, moderna, all avanguardia, molto ben organizzata, ho conosciuto persone meravigliose.. I dottori , gli infermieri, tutto il personale, persone attente, disponibili, professionali, non so davvero cosa dire. È stata un esperienza breve ma davvero, sembra assurdo dirlo, mi sono sentita a casa. Grazie davvero a tutti. I wanted to say that this is a movie place ... Obviously there are lighter situations and more delicate situations here. Others very very difficult to deal with. but everyone and I mean everyone (obviously I'm talking about the oncological orthopedics department) but I'm sure that for the whole structure it is like this, efficient, clean, modern, avant-garde, very well organized, I met wonderful people .. The doctors, nurses, all the staff, attentive, helpful, professional people, I don't really know what to say. It was a short experience but really, it seems absurd to say, I felt at home. Trattano le persone come pezze da piedi e si permettono di offendere. Purtroppo non ho il nome di quello con cui ho avuto a che fare ma è da licenziamento. As for top medical and nursing assistance. Un particolare grazie al mio medico dottore Costa , è tutta la equipe , infermieri premurosi , gentili, disponibili, affettuosi, cordiali, scherzosi, ti mettono al tuo agio per non fare pesare la situazione ❤️ Struttura moooooolto pulita, nuova , che dire strafelice di avervi conosciuto ❤️ Mille grazie ?? Personale alla reception sgarbato e per nulla attenti ai pazienti che perlopiù sono oncologici e quindi con varie criticità. Non voglio generalizzare sui medici ma la mia esperienza con il chirurgo toracico deludente. Un uomo cinico e poco professionale. Dopo una visita a pagamento ( 200 euro) per 15 minuti è letteralmente scomparso. L'oncologo sgarbato e senza dare alcun riferimento. Non comunicano tra di loro, prevedono incontri a data da destinarsi senza tenere conto della gravità del caso. Abbandonato a noi stessi. Uno schifo, una vergogna. One star is too much. A structure born to shred money. Rude reception staff and not at all attentive to patients who are mostly oncology and therefore with various critical issues. I don't want to generalize about doctors but my experience with the thoracic surgeon was disappointing. A cynical and unprofessional man. Meravigliosi il dottor Pane quando ho dovuto fare ago-biopsia al seno e dopo 4 giorni ho avuto esito, eccezionale e sempre disponibile, anche solo a colloquio e telefonicamente la dottoressa Pettinato. Molto gentili la reception e le Signore dell'accettazione e in particolare l'amministrazione tutta. Ho anche effettuato un intervento per alluce rigido, certo con assicurazione, ma tutto perfetto, pulito e sempre disponibili. Per il resto delle visite come ginecologia, dermatologia, posso dire bene. Visita nutrizionista con dott.ssa Cubisino eccezionale anche lei sempre disponibile anche solo con messaggio, si preoccupa e mi segue. Molto bravo attento e professionale il Dottor Guarnaccia Genetica medica. Anche la radiologia ed ecografia sono abbastanza bravi. Forse dovrebbero perdere un pò di tempo in più nella visita ginecologica ma questo dipende dal medico con cui si effettua prenotazione. In generale mi trovo bene I have been visiting for over 3 years and have found myself quite well. Doctor Pane was wonderful when I had to do a needle biopsy on the breast and after 4 days I had an exceptional and always available result, even if only for an interview and by telephone Dr. Pettinato. Very kind reception and the ladies of the acceptance and in particular the whole administration. I also underwent surgery for hallux rigidus, certainly with insurance, but everything was perfect, clean and always available. For the rest of the visits such as gynecology, dermatology, I can say well. Nutritionist visit with Dr. Cubisino exceptional, she too always available even with just a message, she worries and follows me. Doctor Guarnaccia Medical Genetics is very good, attentive and professional. Radiology and ultrasound are also quite good.
