★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dieser oft sogenannte Nebenerwerbshof (wichtig hier: 2 FeWo im Dach des Wohnhauses) wird geführt von sehr ambitionierten, sehr freundlichen jungen Leuten. Als Gast fühlt man sich sehr willkommen, so, als ob man schon oft hier seine Urlaubszeit verbracht hat. Gerade in jüngerer Zeit gibt es andere Beispiele: Du kommst, zahlst und gehst und das war's . Zu jeder Zeit kann man seine Wünsche äußern, um Rat fragen bezüglich der touristischen Möglichkeiten, zu Wanderzielen und Hüttentouren.
Zu den 2 FeWo: Man hat die Wahl zwischen beeindruckender Sicht zum Klausberg und einer eher kleinen Küche über das Tal bis Luttach und, oder einer Wohnung mit Balkon zum Hang (naja) und einer sehr breiten Küchenarbeitsplatte. Ausstattung wie auch beschrieben: TV, Küche mit Herd und Kühlschrank, Balkon (schmal!, sehr breit), Parkplatz incl.. Nicht barrierefrei, man sollte schon ein paar Stufen steigen können (2.OG).
WLan (kostenfrei) funktioniert, aber nix stabiles (z.Zt.). Kann besser werden. Betten sehr gut, Bad ebenfalls (in der Wohnung mit Talsicht und kleiner Küche ) gehörig geräumig.
Problem: das schräge Dach der Wohnungen erinnert zu Beginn des Aufenthaltes in den Randbereichen oft schmerzhaft an des Daches Niedrigkeit - autsch! Mit der Zeit kapiert man das.
Um jetzt nichts zu beschreiben, was schon beschrieben worden ist:
Hier kann man sich gut erholen, das Haus liegt fern ab der Talstraße ca. 250 Hm darüber, man ist raus aus dem Ort und hat Ruhe.
Alles andere selbst erleben. Lohnt sich im positiven Sinne!
This often so-called part-time farm (important here: 2 apartments in the roof of the house) is run by very ambitious, very friendly young people. As a guest you feel very welcome, as if you have often spent your vacation time here. Recently there have been other examples: You come, pay and go and that's it. You can express your wishes at any time, ask for advice on tourist options, hiking destinations and hut tours.
About the 2 apartments: You have the choice between an impressive view of the Klausberg and a rather small kitchen over the valley to Luttach and, or an apartment with a balcony facing the slope (well) and a very wide kitchen worktop. Equipment as described: TV, kitchen with stove and refrigerator, balcony (narrow !, very wide), parking lot incl. Not barrier-free, you should be able to climb a few steps (2nd floor).
WiFi (free of charge) works, but nothing stable (currently). Can get better. Beds very good, bathroom also (in the apartment with valley view and small kitchen) quite spacious.
Problem: the sloping roof of the apartments is often painfully reminiscent of the low roof at the beginning of the stay in the peripheral areas - ouch! In time you get that.
So as not to describe anything that has already been described:
Here you can relax well, the house is far from the valley road about 250 m above sea level, you are out of the village and have peace.
Experience everything else yourself. Well worth it in a positive sense!
