Nonostante abbia chiamato per tempo una settimana prima, linee sempre occupate, oppure anche 10 minuti di attesa per poi ritrovarmi con la chiamata rifiutata. Il giorno prima della visita sono riuscita a prendere la linea e la receptionist sgarbata molto maleducata, mi liquidato in maniera molto veloce. Volevo spostare l'appuntamento ma ho deciso che in questo centro non andrò più. La dottoressa Salvadori fortunatamente svolge il suo lavoro anche in altre sedi. Alla receptionist consiglio vivamente di cambiare lavoro. Chiamata effettuata il 17 / 01/22 ore 16 .10 Reception staff rude and not very competent. I had to cancel an appointment with Dr. Salvadori. Ho effettuato una visita col Dott. Nigro che è stato impeccabile e puntuale. È diventato un mio personale punto di riferimento per esami e visite. P.s. Da quello che ho potuto constatare la gestione ha saputo adeguarsi molto bene alle difficoltà dell’era COVID nonostante le dimensioni del poliambulatorio Super positive personal experience. Il servizio di accoglienza è ben strutturato e chiaro, il personale della reception è sempre stato con me educato, disponibile a eventuali domande, chiarimenti, cambio date degli appuntamenti...Quando chiamavo per fissare un appuntamento o disdire/cambiare date, magari non prendevo nell'immediato la linea con le segretarie, ma dopo un po' di attesa o qualche telefonata in più, mi hanno sempre risposto e abbiamo sempre trovato un accordo, quasi sempre mi sono venute incontro con i miei orari lavorativi, fissandomi gli appuntamenti nel mio tempo libero. Per quanto riguarda i medici, di quelli che ho conosciuto non posso che parlarne positivamente, persone molto professionali e competenti nel loro ambito, disponibili all'ascolto, a chiarire ogni mio dubbio o perplessità, che mi hanno sempre saputo consigliare, molto gentili nel lasciarmi il loro numero di telefono qualora avessi avuto bisogno di loro. In questo periodo, mi sono recata diverse volte a fare il tampone Covid e a differenza di altre strutture, sono sempre stata seguita in modo professionale e solerte, con competenza. Dettaglio non trascurabile la velocità nel comunicare l'esito. Insomma che dire, lo consiglio a tutte quelle persone che vogliono essere seguite a 360° e che vogliono trovare risposta ai loro quesiti. My experience at the Hub clinic has always been positive ...
