★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly helpful lady at the counter! We were passing through Vicenza when the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) showed low air in one of the tires. Although I own several tire gauges the one with us (digital) had a dead battery. I stopped in Vicenza to verify the tires were good and needed a replacement gauge. The lady at the counter sold me the gauge and helped me with directions to a nearby air pump.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The main thing here worth noting is the convenience and competitive prices for services, compared to the local Italian garages. Also the front desk service atendent is also super helpful and went out of his way to be informative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them to see if my tires came in but they would not answer, so I drove to their store. So just out of curiosity, when I got there I watched through the door and called them. When I did the pregnant lady at the front desk deliberately pressed ignore on the phone. I'll never give them service again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They replaced filters without asking. They should ask before installing parts and charging for them. Will not return. Then tried to tell us we need new pads and rotors. Not true, only needed pads. This place is a rip off and will take advantage of unsuspecting soldiers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frienly staff and convinient location. However, when I took my car for service, they found a problem, but they didn't call me or ask if wanted fix it. They told me when I went to get the car, I asked for an estimate and they couldn't give me to. They said the will let me know later. Disappointed. A little bit pricey if you ask me.
