★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato oggi lì in concessionariaper un Test ride dei nuovi modelli Yamaha. Devo dire che il personale è molto disponibile e preparato ed il test dei nuovi modelli è stato molto positivo e ben organizzato.
I was there today in the dealership for a Test ride of the new Yamaha models. I must say that the staff is very helpful and prepared and the test of the new models was very positive and well organized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato in questa concessionaria ieri sera per vedere di uno scooter; sono stato accolto da una signora che ha saputo illustrarmi i prodotti, dopo di che mi ha seguito un signore che con tutta calma, cortesia, professionalità e molta pazienza mi ha prima spiegato in dettaglio lo scooter che mi interessava e poi mostrato praticamente le sostanziali differenze tra le due versioni disponibili. Non ancora soddisfatto, ho chiesto informazioni sugli accessori e con calma mi ha spiegato dettagliatamente le sostanziali differenze tra un accessorio originale che mi interessava particolarmente ed uno non originale di una casa molto conosciuta. Perfino chiedendo spiegazioni su di un semplice adesivo questo venditore mi ha dato risposta mostrandomi immagini su di un bellissimo schermo.
Sono uscito appagato e soddisfatto di esser riuscito ad ottenere tutte le informazioni che cercavo per poi riflettere sulla spesa che probabilmente farò in questa concessionaria per l'ottima impressione che ho avuto oltre che dal personale anche per com'era pulito e in ordine il negozio; inutile dire che le moto esposte erano impeccabili.
Per la cortesia, disponibilità e professionalità consiglio a tutti questa concessionaria.
I went to this dealership last night to see about a scooter; I was greeted by a lady who was able to explain the products to me, after which a gentleman followed me who with all calm, courtesy, professionalism and a lot of patience first explained to me in detail the scooter that interested me and then practically showed the substantial differences between the two available versions. Not yet satisfied, I asked for information on accessories and calmly explained to me in detail the substantial differences between an original accessory that particularly interested me and a non-original one from a well-known house. Even asking for explanations on a simple sticker this seller gave me an answer by showing me pictures on a beautiful screen.
I went out satisfied and satisfied that I was able to obtain all the information I was looking for and then reflect on the expense that I will probably make in this dealership for the excellent impression I had as well as from the staff also for how clean and tidy the shop was; needless to say, the bikes on display were impeccable.
For the courtesy, availability and professionalism I recommend this dealership to everyone.

Super by cutting more tires change to my old scooterone and with some small ailments. Back in shape and returned clean and shiny. Adequate timing, price in line with expectations.
