P	Paolo Zambonelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Operata in settembre mia suocera per protesi ginocchio. Giudizio molto positivo per l'intervento (Dr. Di Gennaro) e la fisioterapia (ottimo tutto lo staff). Nota negativa invece per l'assistenza infermieristica nelle cui file lavorano soggetti evidentemente poco dotati di umanità, gentilezza ed educazione di base tali da creare molto disagio al paziente nel post operatorio. Atteggiamenti che abbiamo ritenuto di non denunciare alla direzione sanitaria per timore di rappresaglie durante il ricovero. My mother-in-law had surgery in September for knee replacement. Very positive judgment for the intervention (Dr. Di Gennaro) and physiotherapy (excellent all the staff). On the other hand, a negative note for the nursing assistance in which subjects evidently little endowed with humanity, kindness and basic education work in such a way as to create a lot of discomfort for the patient in the post-operative period. Attitudes that we have decided not to report to the health management for fear of reprisals during hospitalization.
A	Alex Aleandro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto le analisi del sangue con ecg, tutto sommato una buona esperienza, ma penso sia assurdo che nel 2022 ancora in regime di Covid non esista un invio degli esiti tramite mail, bisogna per forza tornare lì per ritirarle, in una zona dove il parcheggio non esiste. Personale delizioso. I did the blood tests with ecg, all in all a good experience, but I think it is absurd that in 2022 still in the Covid regime there is no sending of the results by e-mail, you have to go back there to collect them, in an area where the parking lot does not exist. m	monica liberati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa mattina mi sono recata presso la struttura San Feliciano per prelievi per analisi . . . non posso dire di aver incontrato personale scortese questo no sia alla accettazione sia presso gli ambulatori dove mi hanno effettuato prelievi e ECG di base anzi io ho trovato cortesia ma purtroppo posso dire che per quanto si sia sforzata di effettuare il prelievo il livido mi e' stato lasciato This morning I went to the San Feliciano facility for samples for analysis. . . Non sono per niente soddisfatta di tutto ciò che concerne l'informazione, spesso imprecisa e contraddittoria. Ultimo intoppo, la caccia al tesoro per scoprire dove si trova il modulo per richiedere la cartella clinica In fondo al sito polo sanitario San Feliciano, dicono....beato chi lo trova. I am not yet able to assess the outcome of the surgery. I am not at all satisfied with everything concerning information, which is often imprecise and contradictory. Last hitch, the treasure hunt to find out where the form to request the medical record is located At the bottom of the San Feliciano health center site, they say .... blessed is he who finds it.
E	EREG INVESTMENTS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 STELLE al personale medico e 1 STELLA alle “signore”della reception che sono delle maleducate e scontrose! purtroppo non si rendono conto che chi si trova in questi luoghi vive delle SOFFERENZE per le quali si avrebbe bisogno di gentilezza ed educazione! se non per i pazienti perlomeno per rispetto della struttura che gli dà lavoro. Direttore sanitario intervenga a tutela di questa struttura 4 STARS to the medical staff and 1 STAR to the reception "ladies" who are rude and surly! unfortunately they do not realize that those who find themselves in these places live in SUFFERING for which one would need kindness and education! if not for the patients at least out of respect for the structure that gives them work. Medical Director intervenes to protect this structure

Margheritini ed è andato tutto benissimo. Ci tiene molto a ringraziare tutto lo staff. Personale qualificato, gentile e disponibile. Fisioterapisti molto preparati e professionali. Grazie di tutto. Ops........solo un appunto: cucina inqualificabile. Peccato. Salutations. My husband has been hospitalized with you for knee replacement surgery. The intervention was performed by prof. Margheritini and everything went very well. He is very keen to thank all the staff. Qualified, kind and helpful staff. Very trained and professional physiotherapists. Thanks for everything. Oops ........ just a note: unspeakable cuisine. Sin.
L	Lidia Iosca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata in questa clinica per una correzione del setto nasale con il dottor Corsetti che stimo molto. Il personale però lascia molto a desiderare. Ci sono delle infermiere veramente indisponenti. Mi hanno fatto comprare dei ghiaccioli dal bar perché mi hanno detto alleviassero il dolore, ma quando la sera dell’intervento li ho chiesti all’infermiera di turno, si è seccata e non me li ha portati. La mattina dopo, mentre mi preparavo per essere dimessa, un infermiere mi entra in camera mentre ero nuda, e non andava via. Gliel’ho fatto notare a brutto muso che doveva uscire, ma stava lì impalato! Per non parlare dell’accettazione…la cartella clinica, pagata ad ottobre, me l’hanno spedita solo dopo vari richiami a febbraio! Un giorno trovo una loro chiamata, richiamo, mi balzano a quattro persone diverse, nessuno sapeva chi mi avesse cercata e per quale motivo! Cose da pazzi! Per fortuna il dottor Corsetti opera anche presso altre strutture, se cercate lui, vi consiglio di evitare la San Feliciano! I went to this clinic for a nasal septal correction with Dr. Corsetti whom I respect very much. The staff however leaves a lot to be desired. There are some really nasty nurses. They made me buy popsicles from the bar because they told me they would relieve the pain, but when I asked the nurse on duty on the evening of the surgery, she got annoyed and didn't bring them to me. The next morning, as I was preparing to be discharged, a nurse walked into my room while I was naked, and did not leave. I pointed it out to him that he had to get out, but he was standing there! Not to mention the acceptance ... the medical record, paid for in October, was sent to me only after several reminders in February! One day I find a call from them, I call back, they jump me to four different people, no one knew who was looking for me and for what reason! Crazy things! Fortunately, Dr. Corsetti also works in other structures, if you are looking for him, I recommend you avoid the San Feliciano!

Ritengo doveroso rendere pubblica la mia esperienza facendo un plauso al personale con il quale mi sono rapportato. Un ringraziamento particolare al dr. M. Magaletti, alla caposala del terzo piano ed infine alla sig.ra Emanuela del piano terra. Grazie a tutti per la professionalità e la disponibilità profusa. On 03/24/2022 I underwent surgical arthroscopy with previous hospitalization on 03/16/2022. I feel it is my duty to make my experience public by applauding the staff I have dealt with. Special thanks to dr. M. Magaletti, to the head nurse on the third floor and finally to Mrs. Emanuela on the ground floor. Thank you all for your professionalism and profuse availability.
