★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fanno pietà,non sono organizzati,non sono cordiali, non hanno voglia di fare niente. Se chiedi qualcosa sono scocciati e non sanno neanche risolverti i problemi (che creano loro!). Lasciate perdere questo posto,andate a fare gli esami da un'altra parte!
They pity, they are not organized, they are not friendly, they don't want to do anything. If you ask for something they are annoyed and do not even know how to solve the problems (which they create!). Forget this place, go and take your exams somewhere else!

La mia esperienza è stata molto positiva, visita per il rinnovo patente nautica.....arrivo molto in anticipo visto che abito lontano(1ora e mezza), all'ingresso 2 persone gentilissime mi hanno spiegato tutto quello che dovevo fare e indicato dove erano, sia ambulatorio che i riscuotitore automatico. Il Dott. visto che gli altri pazienti non erano ancora arrivati mi ha visitato subito senza aspettare il mio orario di prenotazione. Gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Per me 5 stelle. Grazie.
I can't help but give it 5 stars. My experience was very positive, visit for the renewal of the nautical license ..... I arrive very early as I live far away (1 hour and a half), at the entrance 2 very kind people explained to me everything I had to do and indicated where they were, both ambulatory and automatic collectors. Since the other patients had not yet arrived, Dr. saw me immediately without waiting for my booking time. Very kind and extremely available. For me 5 stars. Thank you.
