Very crowded and confusing. In front of the reserved withdrawals point there is no screen that warns your turn so people are standing near the withdrawal point to hear the faint voice that calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La poca professionalità delle persone che lavorano è raccapricciante.non sono stata avvisata che una parte degli esami dovevo ritirarla e non sarebbe stata sul fascicolo sanitario. Non mi hanno neppure rilasciato il foglio x il ritiro. Se si telefona, fanno partire la chiamata e lasciano il telefono senza rispondere. Sono 15 giorni che provo a contattarli e sempre la stessa cosa.
The lack of professionalism of the working people is horrifying. I was not advised that part of the exams had to be withdrawn and would not have been on the health file. They didn't even give me the paper for collection. If you call, they start the call and leave the phone without answering. I have been trying to contact them for 15 days and always the same thing.

E perchè rimane accesa la luce di notte? A chi serve?
