Gli operatori, particolarmente selezionati e formati, sono molto cordiali e professionali. In qualsiasi luogo della struttura si respira sempre un ambiente di famigliarità e i sorrisi degli ospiti ne sono la conferma. Ottimo anche il servizio cucina.
 Very welcoming RSA. The House is very committed to putting guests first, guaranteeing an effective and interested service. The operators, particularly selected and trained, are very friendly and professional. In any place of the structure there is always an atmosphere of familiarity and the smiles of the guests are the confirmation. The kitchen service is also excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fino a due anni fa tutto okay, adesso è diventata una catena di montaggio vera e propria. Operatori Italiani che lavorano lì da venti anni messi in condizioni di andarsene o ammalarsi dalle vessazioni . Si tende a mandare via gli italiani per liberare posto a Sudamericani e sicuramente adesso anche Ucraine. D'altronde chi decide è una Sudamericana cosa possiamo aspettarci. E va beh, che Dio aiuti e protegge i nostri Nonnini , perché li l'unica cosa che proteggono sono i conti. Credo sia una situazione Nazionale orami non so. Io parlo in base a quello che assisto.

There is a tendency to send the Italians away to free up a place for South Americans and certainly now also Ukrainians. On the other hand, who decides is a South American what we can expect.
