★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the pleasure and privilege of eating, sleeping, walking around and getting married at Cimbrone. It is my parents favourite place for good reason. The service is flawless, the food memorable and the setting is truly heaven. I would recommend this to anyone. I would recommend a trip to Italy just for Cimbrone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can only refer to the garden. It's a really stunning place with a nice view, but 7 euros is way to experience for a view you could have anywhere at the Amalfi coast. Also there are no real visitor toilets and the cafe and restaurant is just way to overpriced...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent botanical and historical gardens in Ravello. It is quite the trek by foot so wear comfy shoes, think cobblestones. The views of the coastline is spectacular. We did not stay or eat here, just came for the day to Ravello.
Ravello is an enchanting town on the Amalfi coast and is visited by thousands of visitors a year. From the Instas and social media so is the garden, but there’s great history here, a wonderful backdrop for a wedding or special event or just a visit - like others have said is just €7 pp
We took our time in the garden because it was spring and the wisteria is gorgeous. Flowers were in bloom and the colors are fantastic. Shops and restaurants dot the streets to the garden all up the mountain so you can stop along the way as well.
It was especially Italian for the church bells to chime on our descent down the hill to the piazza. Gorgeous day on Amalfi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my third visit to Amalfi coast but somehow my first trip to Cimbrone. I guess I wrote it off in my head as touristy and overrated. I couldn’t have been more wrong!
Admission to the gardens is 7€ and totally worth it. We had a lovely (albeit rainy) afternoon exploring the place and the views from the infinity terrace were truly stunning, everyone from someone who has “seen it”. Not to be missed!
