★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was very clean and the staff was courteous. The exterior and outside dining area were beautiful and the surrounding mountains were a breathe taking scene. Dinner was good and the breakfast that is provided was beyond our expectations. The selection for breakfast was outstanding and the food was delicious. The pool is a great temperature and the overall ambiance of the hotel was wonderful. We will be coming back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a pity... The hotel is located in a beautiful Villa in the Tuscan countryside, truly idyllic setting.
But unfortunately the state of the rooms leaves a lot to be desired: outdated furniture and decor, creaky beds, a shower which is randomly icy foldor scorching hot, and aggressive messages posted everywhere about the DON'Ts of the hotel.
The restaurant redeemed the hotel, with a traditional, well prepared, excellent menu, and the staff is kind and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my wife stayed at Villa Cheli from 28th of may until 5 th of june in room# 114. Overall the stay was very good, staff was friendly and helpful, surroundings astonishing, good pool area, nice breakfast and dining was as best could be. What we were dissapointed with and is the reason for this review was that the room we got to stay in was NOT to our satisfaction. Why not? Firstly, it was like living in a cave, dark with minimum lightning and small window in the upper corner in the bedroom. The twin bed mattress was old and uneven.There was a kitchen area provided, with limited and old mixed assessories. Rgds,. Einar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we stayed here for 4 nights. i sadly think that the price is too high for what villa cheli delivers. When we first arrived at the hotel we were astonished by the luxurious look of the place, which unfortunately didn't translate to the room we stayed in. our room was not in the main building. it felt very old and not in a well maintained state. the bathroom was directly underneath the ceiling of the house which lead to the fact that i wasn't able to stand in the shower. at one night there was an event happening at the place, i guess a bachelorette party, which was very loud. overall i think we would rather go to a different place next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here many years ago when they were in the process of renovating the property. What a magnificent job they have made of it, such a beautiful property, restaurant, lounges, sun balconies all furnished in period Italian style.
All the staff were very welcoming and the continental breakfast came with various cereal’s, breads, meat & cheeses jams.
