★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, comfortable, great location, friendly staff - but they CAN'T MAKE COFFEE and the breakfast was just a little underwhelming. Better off going to a local bar for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very welcoming and friendly, super clean rooms with nice linens. Made our stay in Lucca very special. Wifi was a little spotty but we did not go to Lucca for internet access. I would go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely old palace. Chopped up in the way of these very old, oft repurposed buildings. Marta is a marvel: full of useful local information and recommendations and the preparer of and extraordinary breakfast!
