★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentilezza e alta qualità dei prodotti purtroppo però, per ben due volte a fila, il prodotto acquistato dal mio ragazzo (che se deve acquistare capi di abbigliamento si rivolge esclusivamente a loro!) è stato consegnato con un errore relativo alle iniziali ricamate. Date le esperienze, un consiglio: non commissionate le iniziali, ma fate in modo di essere in loco quando le eseguono in modo da essere sicuri che non sbaglino. Non è piacevole per nessuna delle parti!

Ci sta.
A settembre chiedo nuovamente.
Mi dicono che c’è molto tempo da aspettare.
Ci sta.
Mi serviva una camicia nuova per una data precisa. Quindi passo.
Oggi, 8 gennaio 2022, sono tornato. Ho pensato: “va beh… aspetterò quello che c’è da aspettare”.
Mi hanno detto che siccome hanno una sola persona a fare camicie, non accettano nuovi clienti per camicie su misura, altrimenti rischiano di non riuscire ad accontentare i vecchi clienti.
Come si suol dire: chi di tre non ne vince una...

I needed a new shirt for a specific date. So I pass.
Today, January 8, 2022, I am back. I thought: "okay ... I'll wait what there is to wait".
They told me that since they only have one person to make shirts, they don't accept new customers for tailored shirts, otherwise they risk not being able to please old customers.
As they say: who of three does not win one ...
