I	Ireneo Pellegrinelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato nel negozio per fare un cambio di una maglietta di colore nero, dalla taglia L alla taglia XL. La maglietta non era più disponibile. La signora mi ha detto di andare nel negozio di Pisa (non mi sembra il caso di andare in un'altra città per una maglia da 30 euro) per cambiarla oppure aspettare un giorno. Avrei dovuto prendere l'aereo il giorno dopo quindi non potevo farlo. Mi e' stato promesso l'articolo richiesto al mattino successivo e che mi avrebbero chiamato appena arrivati i nuovi articoli al negozio per poter acquistare in tempo la maglietta prima della partenza. Ricevuta la telefonata, al mattino successivo sono andato di nuovo al negozio, con il poco tempo disponibile, sentendomi proporre la maglietta di colore blu e non nero ( nessuno ha detto preferenza blu). Non solo sono dovuto tornare al negozio per nulla, ma non ho la maglietta che mi piaceva e che mi avevano assicurato ci fosse, tantomeno ho riavuto i soldi indietro, visto che abito in Germania e sarei partito entro poche ore. Negozio pieno di incapaci!!!! I went to the shop to make a change of a black shirt, from size L to size XL. The shirt was no longer available. The lady told me to go to the Pisa store (I don't think I should go to another city for a 30 euro shirt) to change it or wait a day. I should have taken the plane the next day so I couldn't do it. I was promised the item requested the next morning and that they would call me as soon as the new items arrived at the store to be able to buy the shirt in time before departure. Received the phone call, the next morning I went back to the shop, with the limited time available, feeling I was proposing the blue and not black shirt (nobody said blue preference). Not only did I have to go back to the shop for nothing, but I don't have the T-shirt that I liked and that they had assured me it was, much less I got the money back, since I live in Germany and I would be leaving within a few hours. Shop full of incompetents !!!!

Ha mostrato i capi con cortesia, e ha prestato attenzione senza essere invadente. Davvero brava. Complimenti! The saleswoman, Consilia (I hope not to get the name wrong) was competent and helpful. He showed the clothes politely, and paid attention without being intrusive. Really good. Well done!

Assolutamente da consigliare rispetto alla filiale di pisa in cui più volte non ho riscontrato alcuna cortesia e professionalità . The only saleswoman present on an average crowded Sunday, despite being very busy and was very kind, smiling, quick and competent. Absolutely to be recommended compared to the pisa branch where I have not found any courtesy and professionalism several times.
