Francesca, la commessa che ho avuto la fortuna di incontrare, ha saputo dare una svolta alla mia routine di bellezza ed è riuscita a combinare dei prodotti che sembrano creati esattamente per risolvere tutte le diverse problematiche della mia pelle. Eppure avevo già fatto tanti tentativi... fidandomi del mio istinto, delle pubblicità, delle novità in commercio ma niente.. solo Francesca è riuscita a creare il giusto mix di prodotti per la mia pelle con couperose, pori dilatati, impurità ma anche le prime rughe visto che ho 41 anni! Abitando a Milano credevo avrei perso i suoi consigli e invece è stata super carina perchè mi ha anche lasciato il suo contatto per consulti su acquisti futuri. Ho anche potuto conoscere grazie a lei delle linee che vende in esclusiva Douglas e che trovo molto interessanti. Ma soprattutto viva il sorriso di chi pur lavorando ha davvero a cuore le esigenze delle clienti! I can only give 5 stars ... it deserves them all.
