★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As the name suggests ,the Hotel is located very centrally abd near the station.
I booked this hotel as i had a very early train to Rome.
At the reception the gentleman was friendly and spoke good english so no issue with reservations etc.
The receptoon is small but very clean and conveniebt . The rooms small but serves the purpose . The mjni bar is well stocked and so is the small coffee/bar in hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place we stayed in our month long trip in Italy. The beds were awful, the air conditioner never cooled down. We had our kiddos with us and they were sweating. We didn't get the rooms we paid for and were too tired to argue. At check out the receptionist was unbelievably rude.
Really disappointing and unprofessional!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The desk man in the morning was grumpy and very rude to me. I am a frequent traveler and I was never treated like this in a hotel. I suspect there was racism factor. But to be fair indeed, the room was fine.
Aware of the hotel's central location, hotel staff sometimes can treat guests recklessly, knowing new people will always book rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is a very aptly located . Is small neat and casual hotel. The people there speak good English and help you with maps and taxi. The hotel has newly installed elevator so it was easy to move the luggage.
Breakfast is nothing much of a spread but some fresh crossaint and usual cereal and coffee .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean, close to the port Livorno. Friendly reception. We stayed one night, the air conditioner was automatically on, even if we turned it off after sometime was it on again, on by own. The room was too dark, and full with extra beds. There was a balcony but completely covered with wall. It was more likely a hole.
