★ ★ ★ ★ ★ shocking would never recomend ever.Rusty showers every day ..2min showers and thats is you got water..Not just my room but my family rooms as well. Breakfast OMG stale cake off meat (ham) only ...scrabble eggs burnt ..stale bread , couldnt even toast it caz the toaster didnt cook it..Warm yogurt ...Not to mention no food till 8pm ..Tired and hungry we all are exspecailly the babies ..A absolutely a discrace 7pm had to find transport to find real food .No aircon Leaving this place earlie .We need to get out of here ...1 star ill give this place ..been hear two days and cant wash my hair caz i dont get enough time to rince

I was trapt in the shower cabin with no possibility to come out ca. one our. Helping ring's bell was not connected to the reception. So take care in case.
They did not clean the floor in the room at least once during 3 night's stay. Even after extra request.
Beautyfull and clean beach.
Real alternative to overbooked central hotels in Livorno.
Poorly breakfast concidering foor stern status on the terrace with beautiful view. Tasty local pastry. No local fruits although now is a cesion. Helpful and kind personal. Smoking possible.
Professional very friendly not expensiv nature focused cosmetic place.
Conditioner.
No WiFi in the room due to problem with network. Week access to internet with own provider due to huge interference with 4 hotels rooter.
Fresh local fruits and food in ground floor restaurant at the beach.
Kids well treated. Old enjoy playing cards. Couples can even get private spot on the beach. Locals friendly to foreign. Human atmosphere. Place for seminars and conferences.

Nice "beach" (paved area next to the water with umbrellas and beach chairs, color coded red: hotel guests and blue: everyone else) with snack/drink stand located at base of hotel. Clean minimalistic rooms with whirlpool showers (normal shower head, jets, and waterfall settings).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a very old hotel, which would be fine if some renovation had been done. The windows in our room were so dirty we couldn't see the beach, the air conditioner could not be used since it was extremely dusty and once turned on, you would start coughing from the dirt coming up. Thr breakfast staff was very friendly and nice and saved our morning, thank you for that :). Long story short, not worth 100€ for a night. :(
