V	Valè Calì on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho trascorso 2 giorni in questo albergo e devo dire che sono stato molto bene. Struttura semplice ma pulita e tranquilla. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Stanza spaziosa e curata. Ottimo prezzo. L'albergo si trova in una zona tranquilla a pochi passi dal famoso Duomo di Piazza Grande e da Piazza Cavour. Possibilità di raggiungerlo a piedi, con l'auto oppure con il bus. Consigliato a tutti coloro che sanno accontentarsi di quello che offre. I spent 2 days in this hotel and I must say that I enjoyed it very much. Simple but clean and quiet. Friendly and helpful owners. Spacious and well-kept room. Great price. The hotel is located in a quiet area just a few steps from the famous Duomo of Piazza Grande and Piazza Cavour. Possibility to reach it on foot, by car or by bus. Recommended for all those who know how to settle for what it offers.

A colazione solo caffè o the con qualche merendina da recuperare direttamente dalle confezioni del supermercato.. Veramente spartano! Dovrebbe costare meno per come si presenta la struttura.. Si perché il proprietario non ha il coraggio di chiederti I soldi, anche se ha un cartello un po’ nascosto dove c’è scritto: pagamento anticipato. Non semplice da vedere. Allora il proprietario ti prende i soldi una sera del tuo soggiorno dalla carta di credito, così che quando rientri in hotel ti ritrovi lo scontrino emesso senza che tu fossi presente. Alla richiesta di spiegazioni il proprietario si è giustificato così: che volete che vi dica, io tra poco me ne vado in pensione. Direi che è la giustificazione più simpatica mai sentita. Beh lui afferma di essersi sentito aggredito: pensi un po’ noi, che abbiamo visto prelevati dal conto i soldi che , per carità, le erano dovuti, ma almeno dirlo. E se avessi voluto utilizzare un’altra carta? Ah già, ma lui va in pensione tra poco, e allora tutto il resto passa in secondo piano. Anche il rispetto che si deve ai clienti, rispetto che si deve fino all’ultimo minuto di lavoro. Ma noi siamo dei ragazzi di 27 anni e lui si è sentito aggradito.
