V	Vittorio Sberveglieri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premesso che lavoro nel mondo dello spettacolo, ci troviamo per varie vicissitudini a soggiornare per due notti presso il suddetto hotel. Al nostro arrivo, nella tarda sera di un caldo sabato sera, chiediamo di poter cenare. Concordiamo con il gestore una cena di lavoro a 20€ a testa. Terminata la cena, ci vengono date le chiavi delle camere, all’ingresso nella camera ispeziono subito il bagno, e la doccia la trovo in uno stato degradante. Lo spazio della camera singola claustrofobico. Il giorno successivo, a metà giornata vado a saldare le camere e cena del giorno precedente oltre il soggiorno odierno. E magicamente mi ritrovo il prezzo della cena a 25€ a testa (eravamo in 4) invece dei 20 concordati. Allora chiedo di disdire le camere della notte stessa, e mi viene rifiutata la richiesta perché prenotate da tempo. Usciti per lavoro, tornati in piena notte, dopo una dura giornata sotto la pioggia battente, ci ritroviamo in una delle camere un’altro ospite, a noi sconosciuto! Praticamente in una camera nostra su era introdotto un altro cliente. Sempre nella stessa notte, doccia ghiacciata!!!! Una notte da incubo. Roba da matti!!! Allego le foto della conversazione con il titolare. Assolutamente da evitare!!!! Given that I work in the entertainment world, through various vicissitudes we find ourselves staying for two nights at the aforementioned hotel. Upon our arrival, in the late evening of a hot Saturday evening, we ask to be allowed to have dinner. We agree with the manager a business dinner at 20 € each. After dinner, we are given the keys to the rooms, upon entering the room I immediately inspect the bathroom, and I find the shower in a degrading state. The claustrophobic single room space. The next day, in the middle of the day I go to pay for the rooms and dinner the previous day in addition to today's stay. And magically I find the price of dinner at € 25 each (there were 4 of us) instead of the agreed 20. So I ask to cancel the rooms of the same night, and I am refused the request because you have been booking for a long time. Leaving for work, back in the middle of the night, after a hard day in the pouring rain, we find another guest in one of the rooms, unknown to us! Basically another customer was introduced to our room. Always on the same night, ice cold shower !!!! A nightmare night. Crazy stuff!!! I attach photos of the conversation with the owner. Absolutely to be avoided !!!!

Colazione inclusa ma fuori dalla struttura in un bar convenzionato. Comfortable double room with adequate bathroom. For problems or shortcomings the owner is available. Breakfast included but outside the hotel in a partner bar.
A	Aurora Griffo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volevo vedere la cascata e abbiamo cercato un hotel vicinissimo.Non avendo disponibile una camera grande, ci hanno proposto due doppie.Le camere sono spaziose ,pulite un pochino sacrificata la posizione...l'ultimo piano non è dotato di ascensore e una rampa va fatta a piedi. Unica pecca, la doccia di una delle camere, strettina direi.La colazione non abbondante.Nel complesso consigliato I wanted to see the waterfall and we looked for a hotel very close.Not having a large room available, they offered us two doubles.The rooms are spacious, clean a little bit sacrificed the location ... the top floor has no lift and a ramp it must be done on foot. The only flaw, the shower in one of the rooms, I would say cramped. Breakfast not abundant. Overall recommended
C	Cristian Esposito on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenotiamo l'hotel mandando un acconto a novembre... Purtroppo.. per positività al covid.. io e la mia ragazza non siamo potuti andare.. Gentilmente il titolare ci fa un buono utilizzabile fino al periodo "pre estivo".. Chiamo ad inzio marzo per sfruttare questo buono e lo stesso titolare ci fa presente che non lo accetta più... Morale della favola si sono intascati un acconto del 50% del totale.. Peccato perché ero già stato da solo in questo hotel e tutto sommato non era andata malissimo.. Purtroppo però.. non rispettano le parole prese! We book the hotel by sending a deposit in November ... Unfortunately .. due to positivity to the covid .. my girlfriend and I were unable to go .. Kindly the owner gives us a voucher that can be used until the "pre-summer" period .. I call at the beginning of March to take advantage of this voucher and the owner himself informs us that he no longer accepts it ... Moral of the story they pocketed a deposit of 50% of the total .. Too bad because I had already been alone in this hotel and all in all it had not gone badly .. Unfortunately, however .. they do not respect the words taken!
D	Daniele Marasca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Camere piccole, ma confortevoli. Struttura ricavata da un palazzo storico nella piazza principale del paese, perciò facilmente raggiungibile. A mio giudizio, i cuscini sono troppo morbidi e alcune prese della corrente andrebbero cambiate perché non funzionanti. Small but comfortable rooms. Structure obtained from a historic building in the main square of the town, therefore easily accessible. In my opinion, the pillows are too soft and some power outlets should be changed as they are not working.
