★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto davvero carino, molto ben tenuto, camere spaziose, pulitissime, giardino intorno curatissimo, struttura completa anche di una piccola palestra e piscina. Unico piccolo neo la comodità della stanza è inficiata da un materasso migliorabile e un isolamento dalla luce non perfetto
 Really nice place, very well kept, spacious rooms, spotlessly clean, well-kept garden, complete structure also with a small gym and swimming pool. The only drawback is the comfort of the room which is affected by an improved mattress and not perfect light insulation

Ottimo e caratteristico il parcheggio nell mezzo degli olivi.
Bello anche il giardino con la piscina per relax.
Tutto molto semplice ma ben curato.
Anche la colazione ottima.
Camere spaziose e molto pulite. Con ottimi servizi e aria condizionata.
Letti molto confortevoli.
Localizzato in piena campagna ma a 10minuti di macchina da tutte le spiagge.
Ottima posizione anche per escursioni nelle campagne circostanti e nei paesi limitrofi.
Bolgheri,castagneto ,sassetta,etc.

The parking in the middle of the olive trees is excellent and characteristic.
Also nice garden with swimming pool for relaxation.

Located in the countryside but at 10 minutes drive from all the beaches.

Good location, with parking. Kindness and cordiality, clean rooms, beautiful outdoor space with the hydromassage pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella e silenziosa stanza, lato giardino. Letto comodo. Bagno ampio (senza finestra). Pulizia ok. Bel giardino. Piscina (vasca più che altro), ma in posizione gradevole sotto gli ulivi e con doccia. Colazione non eccellente, anzi scarsina e non proprio di qualità. Attenti alla pulizia COVID.
Beautiful and quiet room, garden side. Comfortable bed. Large bathroom (without window). Cleaning ok. Beautiful garden. Swimming pool (pool more than anything else), but in a pleasant position under the olive trees and with shower. Breakfast not excellent, in fact scarce and not really quality. Beware of COVID cleaning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ siamo stati in questi giorni 2 e 3 luglio in 4 persone una famiglia al completo e ci siamo trovati benissimo con una struttura tenuta alla grande pulitissima e con stile a 360 gradi tutto molto comodo ascensore climatizzatore parcheggio ecc .La colazione abbondante a varia con prodotti anche fatti in casa e i proprietari gentili e disponibili veramente all altezza .Se torniamo in zona torniamo sicuro.
we were in these days 2 and 3 July in 4 people a complete family and we had a great time with a structure kept very clean and with 360 degree style all very comfortable lift air conditioning parking etc. The abundant breakfast with various products also home-made and the owners kind and helpful really at the height. If we return to the area we return for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'ambiente dell'hotel è carino, c'è un bel giardino, una vasca idromassaggio e si vede dal basso il Borgo di castagneto; tuttavia ci sono delle grosse lacune e mancanze: il parcheggio non è interno ma al di là di una strada provinciale che occorre dunque attraversare ogni volta con i conseguenti rischi; le brioches purtroppo non sono adeguate, secche e poco saporite, l'arredamento delle camere è un po' vintage e la doccia è fissa a parete (può essere scomodo in alcuni casi). Il servizio è attento e gentile e disponibile anche se difficile da trovare in orari mattutini e pomeridiani.
The environment of the hotel is nice, there is a beautiful garden, a Jacuzzi and you can see the Borgo di castagneto from below; however, there are major gaps and shortcomings: the parking is not internal but beyond a provincial road which must therefore be crossed each time with the consequent risks; unfortunately the brioches are not adequate, dry and not very tasty, the decor of the rooms is a bit vintage and the shower is fixed to the wall (it can be uncomfortable in some cases). The service is attentive and kind and helpful although difficult to find in the morning and afternoon hours.
