★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a terrible experience with Hotel Marinetta in July and unfortunately Hotel management did NOT show any interest and responsibility.
My finger was crashed and broken by Hotel's faulty Sunbed in the Hotel Beach. My treatment still continue but it will never be good ok.
Hotel rejected to compensate my hospital costs and I had to sue the hotel after all.
I don't recommend anyone to go to "Park Hotel Marinetta" and warn that in case something happen, they will not accept any responsibility...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel for sure. Breakfast not included for the already expensive room price. Have to pay €7 per person(buffet). Dinner is very good €12 pp (buffet). Well situated close to supermarket/atm/small shops. Receptions is absolutely helpful and speaks english. However, those who work on the tiki bar close to the beach doesn't speak any english!!! The massage is €60/hour not worth it!!! They don't know what massage is.
Other than that, I recommend this place ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely facilities, staff and location but rooms are dated, and there are many smaller issues that come across as the hotel being stingy: air conditioning limited to 21C and noisy, WiFi access inconvenient, all power points and air conditioning turn off when you take your keys out (which means you have to leave a key in the room if you want to charge devices or come back to a cool room), shower cramped and without a place to put soap and shampoo, and no ironing board in rooms. These would all be acceptable in a hotel that charged 50 - 75% the price, but not at their rates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been sleeping at the Park Hotel Marinetta recently with my wife and we both enjoyed the SPA and the coupled massages (which needs to be pre arranged just a few days before). Quite good level for the restaurant, amazing amenities like 2 pools, spa, a small forest and a private beach. The very helpful stuff completes a perfect location for a city escape for the entire family.

That is all the pros.
Cons: rooms are very small, the beach is the worst. There are lots of rocks everywhere, hurts to walk. Umbrellas are very small, with the sun creeping up from all over my husband got pretty badly burned. The noisiest beach ever until noon. Kids controlling the music any which way they want. Private beach should mean private, but this one has sellers of everything walking around screaming every 5 min, bugging people who are trying to relax. And of course nobody in Italy knows that there are such thing as mats and cushions for the loungers. In other words the place is no more than 3 stars in my opinion. Very simple very basic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit on the expensive side regarding the room (small-ish), but definitely makes up with services and cleanliness.
The food had a very high quality. The hotel is within an organized resort with spa, 2 swimming pools, restaurants. The very nice private beach is a couple minutes by foot through the pine forest (the path is even lit during the evenings). A lot of these services (including the umbrella and beds at the beach) are included, so eventually it has good value in my opinion. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Would go back!
