L	Leonardo Rossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizzeria Da Geppo ha chiesto perché non avessi motivato la mia recensione a 1 stella.. Preferivo non commentare e far parlare direttamente le foto.. Lievitazione completamente assente, pizza che mentre la stavamo mangiando si è "imbarcata" da quanto era arida (si vedano le foto della Margherita e della crosta), crosta compatta, spugnosa e non capisco veramente le recensioni positive, in cui viene detto che è la pizza più buona di Bibbona (infatti ce ne sono solo pochissime e di persone che guarda caso, hanno recensito solo questo locale). Frequento marina di Bibbona da molti anni, ma da quando è cambiata gestione, purtroppo non prendiamo più né pane, né schiacciata, né pizza.. A mio avviso, e di chiunque altro con cui abbia parlato, la qualità di tutti i panificati è assolutamente pessima. Infatti compriamo pane e schiacciata nel vicino alimentari, di gran lunga superiore. Ovviamente questa è la mia opinione e non intendo offendere nessuno. Essendo praticamente l'unico forno a marina di Bibbona è abbastanza frequentato.. Ma basta provare una qualsiasi altra pizzeria per giudicare.. Pizzeria Da Geppo asked why I didn't motivate my 1 star review .. I preferred not to comment and let the photos speak directly .. I have been going to Marina di Bibbona for many years, but since the management changed, unfortunately we no longer take bread, flat bread, or pizza .. In my opinion, and anyone else I have spoken to, the quality of all the bakery products is absolutely very bad. In fact we buy bread and schiacciata in the nearby grocery, far superior. Obviously this is my opinion and I do not intend to offend anyone. Being practically the only bakery in Marina di Bibbona it is quite popular .. But just try any other pizzeria to judge ..
