★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location centrally in Torbole with a wide open door to amazing mtb trails, hiking or other activities. You’ll not find a more service minded staff or experienced mtb guide at any other hotel. Rooms are nice and clean and breakfast as it should be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic hotel. We spent 5 nights as a family of 4 and enjoyed every moment. Everyone at the hotel could not have been more friendly, relaxed, and accommodating. The breakfasts were very good, the 5pm apero friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. We mountain biked with Nick (great guide), we sailed with Sail Laser and we used the hotel bikes to get around. A brilliant family sports holiday. Thanks to Fabio, Nick, Laura, Natasha and everyone else at Hotel Santoni Lake Guarda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spectacular hotel with the kindest crew and the most efficient service we had during our trip. Free parking right outside the hotel which was great for us, lovely lounge with tasty evening snacks and comfortable sofas. Room was very clean and cozy and the breakfast was colorful and varied with many vegan options and tasty beverages. On the day of the checkout we went for a swim and they let us leave our car and luggage and gave us towels for the shower afterwards. Special thanks to Natasha for extraordinary service. We'll definitely come back grazie mille!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are clean . not very big yet enough for two persons.
The breakfast is excellent for bike (bicycle) riders, has fruits, coffee, vegetables, eggs, ham, and much more. You can even prepare for yourself an Isotonic drink - FOR FREE!!!
Afternoon snack is nice
The guide tour NICK is AWESOME! he can take you to many nice tours / places that you might not get there on your own .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a pleasant stay for 10 days for the Techno Worlds Championship. The rooms were large modern and clean with friendly staff. The breakfast is excellent with a large range of choice. Plus Free car parking and an evening bar. No lunch time or evening meals but there is plenty of choice near by. It is an activity hotel so may be a little noisy. There is a strong cycling and windsurfing theme.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is the equivalent to an American budget quality motel and it tries hard to hide that fact with a WeWork vibe. On a busy street, near a gas station, this “hotel” could be by any motorway in the world. The rooms are spartan, with paper thin walls, few amenities & many odd features (bare minimum number of towels, AC that you can barely adjust — in a room where, per prior, you won’t want to open the windows.) So many of the “design” features annoy rather than aid — for example, a flimsy bar under the sink for your 2 towels, which then dangle on the floor. Functional hooks & racks too ordinary, I guess. A “rain shower” shower head — really not great if you’d like to shower without getting your hair wet. A luggage rack that’s not fit to hold an actual medium sized suitcase. And ew — a bottle of water that they apparently bottle that you can refill from their fountain. Ok about the refilling but nope, self made bottles of water just another disease outbreak waiting to happen. Used the (motel like) kettle to boil the water to make my 1 herbal teabag of tea. They offer e bike storage — but down steps that are literally at 45 degree angle — good times putting our bikes away in the rain. Lucky to have survived. This is the kind of place that you will only like if someone tells you before you arrive that they are “so sorry but this awful place was your only choice.” Then maybe you might think it wasn’t as bad as it could be.
