β β β β β Great Service and very friendly! Delivered the bike to our Residence Malcesine and picked it up again the next day. The website made it easy to choose and order the bike and pay with credit card. The bike was in very good condition and took me bravely up the via prada and further around the Monte Baldo... luckily I had good breakfirst before. ;-)

β β β β β This is our second time renting a bike and using their shuttle service for their Tremalzo classic tour. Exceeded our expectations again and we'll definitely visit them again the next time we're in the area. Highly recommended!

β β β β β Great communications with Velolake - important when you're an American vacationing a long way from home. Bikes were delivered on-time and in very good condition. We rode for 5 days, and stopped into the shop for a quick clean and lube. Lots of bikes to choose from; very easy reservation system. Couldn't be happier. Amazing week of riding; we'll be back.

β β β β β This bikestore saved our plans for the day. In the morning we decided not to go climbing and instead rent bikes and ride a steep trail in the lake area. We called and showed up and they provided us with the right bikes and a shuttle service to a super nice location up in the mountains. We really enjoyed the tour and thank the team very much for their expertise and relaxed guidance. Super chill vibes from all of the staff members ??
It was cheaper than the stores we checked out before and tho we needed one XL bike they had enough in store.
They also changed the pedals for us to a grippier version.
All in all I can recommend it wholeheartedly.

β β β β β First bike shop tried to over charge me and then my credit card wouldnβt process so I was sent here. Thank goodness I was. I was treated so well, and professionally fitted for a bike that was very good and met all my needs. But it was the responsive staff that made me feel so welcomed that really made it a great experience. As a mature female solo traveller this is the kind of experience that makes visits memorable.
