★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima, proprietari scortesi e non corretti.
Ho comprato una vela usata online in questo negozio, dalle foto sembrava nuova immacolata, ma non mi hanno fornito nessuna foto di dettaglio nonostante le avessi richieste. Una volta arrivata si presenta con piccole macchie indelebili e qualche abrasione sui punti di rinforzo. Per ora nulla di grave, la vela era integra, ma non conforme alle mi aspettative, volevo e pretendevo una vela usata/pari a nuovo, e richiedo un reso che mi viene accordato.
Rimando la vela con la promessa di non vedermi decurtato l’importo della prima spedizione poiché l’errore non era totalmente mio, visto la mancanza di foto. Da lì inizia una storia lunga 3 settimane in cui i proprietari non mi bonificano l’importo pagato, prima per dimenticanza, poi scaricando la colpa all’ufficio tecnico (in tutto questo però non si erano scordati di rimettere l’annuncio che era online nell’istante stesso in cui hanno ricevuto la vela). Parlando più volte con il proprietario mi sento dire che lui con i miei soldi ci si pulisce (chiara allusione ai suoi incassi milionari), anche se dopo comunque il bonifico non arrivava. Arriva solo all’ennesimo sollecito dopo 3 settimane decurtato di 20€ per le spese spedizione iniziali. L’importo pagato da me per il reso in 24h con corriere espresso tracciato è stato di 11.36€, ma a quanto pare un negozio che spedisce quotidianamente ne paga 20€…
Il resto risulta ritirato da loro il 29 Luglio ed il bonifico risulta accreditato sul mio conto il 17 Agosto… traete voi le dovute conclusioni.
 Bad experience, rude and incorrect owners.
I bought a used sail online in this shop, it looked like new immaculate from the photos, but they didn't provide me with any detail photos despite my requests. Once arrived it shows small indelible stains and some abrasions on the reinforcement points. Nothing serious for now, the sail was intact, but not in accordance with my expectations, I wanted and expected a used / like new sail, and I request a return that is granted to me.
I return the sail with the promise not to see the amount of the first shipment reduced because the mistake was not entirely mine, given the lack of photos. From there begins a 3-week-long story in which the owners do not pay me the amount paid, first for forgetfulness, then discharging the blame to the technical office (in all this, however, they had not forgotten to put back the ad that was online in the instant in which they received the sail). Speaking several times with the owner I am told that he cleans us with my money (clear allusion to his millionaire takings), even if afterwards the transfer did not arrive. It only arrives at the nth reminder after 3 weeks, reduced by € 20 for the initial shipping costs. The amount paid by me for the return in 24 hours by tracked express courier was € 11.36, but apparently a shop that ships daily pays € 20 ...
The rest is withdrawn by them on July 29 and the transfer is credited to my account on August 17 ... you draw the necessary conclusions.

Falls jemand vor hat, dort einzukaufen in der nächsten Woche, würde ich mich sehr freuen, wenn ich den Gutschein weiter geben könnte.
Nice employees that's true. Unfortunately not very accommodating when exchanging unused items. I only got a voucher after some discussion, but no money. What a pity!
If anyone is planning to shop there in the next week, I would be very happy if I could pass on the voucher.
