Es hat von Beginn an alles sehr gut geklappt. Obwohl wir in Deutschland wohnen und fast kein italienisch sprechen, hat von ersten Kontakt an, über Besichtigung, Angebotsabgabe, Vorvertäge bis zum Notartermin alles bestens geklappt. Auch nach dem Kauf und dem Notartermin hat Gardahaus sich um alle Anmeldungen und Ummeldungen gekümmert. Die komplette Konversation mit dem Verkäufer, den anderen neuen Eigentümern und den Handwerken lief und läuft alles über Gardahaus.Wir können Gardahaus nur empfehlen.
We have fulfilled a small dream through Gardahaus and bought a property as a holiday home on Lake Garda.
Everything went very well from the start. Although we live in Germany and hardly speak any Italian, everything worked out perfectly from the first contact, through viewing, submitting offers, preliminary contracts to the notary appointment. Even after the purchase and the notary appointment, Gardahaus took care of all registrations and re-registrations. The entire conversation with the seller, the other new owners and the craftsmen ran and continues to go through Gardahaus. We can only recommend Gardahaus.

They fix the visit to show you a property (then they give you a preference / precedence) and then they call you back telling you that they have other visits and they don't show it to you anymore. Professionalism below zero.
