Very young staff and sent to the fray. Little expertise, especially little attention to detail. I found myself pretty bad. In general, the "Tecnocasa system" is outdated ... suffocating!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poca professionalità. Mi sono rapportato con l'agente immobiliare Stefano che per ben 2 volte ha mancato una scadenza (che si è autoimposto) e sono stato io a doverlo cercare. Il prolema in questione era la sanatoria di alcuni locali di un immobile. Dal momento che l'agenzia non da un servizio gratuito quando si acquista una casa, ma guadagnano una percentuale (come giusto che sia), mi aspetto anche un servizio (come giusto che sia). Mi chiedo a volte se è davvero così faticoso alzare la cornetta del telefono.
Spero che questa recensione faccia riflettere che anche i dettagli sono importanti, soprattutto quando bisogna comprare una casa, ovvero un grande passo per una famiglia.
Little professionalism. I dealt with the real estate agent Stefano who missed a deadline twice (which he self-imposed) and it was I who had to look for him. The problem in question was the amnesty of some premises of a building. Since the agency does not give a free service when buying a house, but they earn a percentage (as it should be), I also expect a service (as it should be). Sometimes I wonder if it really is so tiring to pick up the phone.
I hope this review makes you think that the details are also important, especially when you need to buy a house, which is a big step for a family.
