Ho avuto a che farci 2 volte, tutte 2 volte problemi e perdite di tempo, mi reco in un altro ufficio e risolvo. Visto che le poste a San benigno ci sono non devo sempre recarmi a Chivasso per aggiustare le cose. Sarebbe meglio aggiornare il personale e ogni tanto fare il mea culpa sui propri errori! Already the post office itself is not very efficient, even if it is a village office, it is even less efficient. I had to do it 2 times, all 2 times problems and waste of time, I go to another office and solve. Since the post offices in San benigno are there, I don't always have to go to Chivasso to fix things. Il direttore, signor Alessandro è persona attenta e scrupolosa nello svolgere la sua attività, la persona che si occupa di curare la parte delle proposte finanziarie è attenta alle esigenze del cliente e sa proporre buoni prodotti, ma senza imporsi sulle necessità del cliente. Ufficio piccolo ma ben organizzato, nulla da segnalare di negativo. È anzi raro trovare uffici postali come questo dove si trova un ambiente sereno, ed un servizio veloce. The director, Mr. Alessandro is a careful and scrupulous person in carrying out his business, the person who takes care of the part of the financial proposals is attentive to the customer's needs and knows how to offer good products, but without imposing himself on the customer's needs. Small but well organized office, nothing to report negative. It is indeed rare to find post offices like this one where there is a peaceful environment and a fast service.
