M	Mikael Frais on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono passato per inviare un pacco, mi sono fatto consigliare dall’impiegata Che mi ha servito, con due opzioni : -invio ordinario (4 giorni) -invio express (1giorno) Ho ben domandato all’impiegata « L’invio express ,in un giorno? », lei mi ha confermato « il pacco arriva dopo 24 ore » Pacco inviato il 09/04/2019 alle 11h59 , pacco arrivato il 11/04/2019 alle 14h45 .. Mi sono affidato alle parole dell’impiegata ,che essendo assunta dall’ufficio Postale e dal servizio di poste italiane, é l immagine della società.. Il mio invio era stato effettuato per una ricorrenza particolare a cui ero molto legato, e di conseguenza a causa del disservizio , niente e andato come volevo.. Ho preferito un invio express ,più caro a 16,90€, al posto di uno a 12€ (più o meno) .. Oggi ,ho ricevuto la chiamata delle poste italiane che mi segnalavano che non potevano far niente per il disservizio.. Profondamente deluso.. Sig Rinaldi Vito I came by to send a package, I got advice from the employee who served me, with two options: -send ordinary (4 days) - express delivery (1 day) I asked the employee «Is sending express, in one day? », You confirmed« the package arrives after 24 hours » Parcel sent on 09/04/2019 at 11.59 am, parcel arrived on 11/04/2019 at 2.45 pm .. I relied on the words of the employee, who being employed by the post office and by the Italian postal service, is the image of the company .. My posting was done for a particular anniversary to which I was very attached, and consequently because of the disservice, nothing went as I wanted .. I preferred an express delivery, more expensive at € 16.90, instead of one at € 12 (more or less) .. Today, I received a call from the Italian post office, telling me that they could do nothing for the disservice. Deeply disappointed .. Mr. Rinaldi Vito
