★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have rented an electric hardtail a couple of days at another place and was very disappointed (terrible brakes, squeaking old bike, wery weak motor), so I went to happy bike and was very pleasantly surprised. Great service (both man and woman were very helpful and friendly), the bike in perfect technical condition and with good entry/mid tier components (rockshox recon fork, shimano slx drivetrain and 4 piston breaks, trusted bosch electric motor with clear lcd). It was a perfect companion for San Giovani tour. Highly recommended!

When I wasn't able to return by our agreed on drop-off time, Valentina was swift and professional in taking action: she reached out to me, but when she couldn't contact me, called my wife and the local hotel we were staying at. As she explained the next morning, "We care about our customers!"
I'm an avid mtb'er, and found that the bike itself (an AL hardtail) was finely tuned by Gian Luco and super easy to use. Prices were very reasonable.
I heartily recommend Happy Bike for anyone visiting the region. And fwiw, the ride itself was the experience of a lifetime - an exceptionally beautiful tour through the region with incredible views throughout.
Edit: must say I'm surprised by the tone in some of Happy Bike's responses to customers here
