β β β β β Our room was way too far from the restaurant and swimming pools. And part of the path there uphill. They don't tell you this when you book. The important thing is to ask questions.

β β β β β Friendly, polite and helpful staff; great facilities; great location; good value breakfast and dinner. We stayed in the second week of October . The other guests were friendly and considerate.

β β β β β Hotel is looking in photos much better than in reality. Air conditioning was not working I our room. Breakfast so so, dinner was very bad. Pool was not clean. Needs renovation.

β β β β β They have missed the S out of Hostel. This place sucks. The hotel is a serious uphill trek out of town, not really suitable for kids or anyone that isn't a pro athlete. This place is not suitable for kids, there is a pool for adults and one that suggests kids are welcome when in reality they're not. There is a jobsworth life guard ready to pounce if he feels you may be having fun. The "food"...lol, it isn't actually food per se. Microwave burgers and toasties. Rooms haven't been updated since man first landed on the moon and you can hear people having a poo three rooms away. If you're looking to punish someone or pranking a mate, this place is perfect. Expect them to never talk to you again.

β β β β β I wish I could leave no start. Not sure who has given them 4 starts.. not family friendly at all. If your a family visiting Garda avoid this and kristina hotel, they both same just two names to make money out of ppl.
Room never been updated since they built. Old duvets curtains etc...
Hotel has two pools and water is freezing cold.
We were given 2 cor beds for our babies. They were not even suitable for a pet. We check out early as we couldnβt take the dissatisfaction.
Donβt be fool by the picture. This is not a 4 star hotel itβs just apartments.

β β β β β Beautiful environment and panorama. The hotel and room are very old fashioned. Infrastructure and services are at very low standard. Bathrooms / taps are dirty and rusty. Curtains and blankets are old and stinky. For additional beds for the kids they brought two foldabel camping beds.
Staff are ok but far away from servicing in a nice manner. Having breakfast I would never go to have lunch or dinner there. Coffee is free but that was the worst vending machine coffee i ever had.
Pool water was very stinky and dirty. Once visited never did it again especially with the kids.
Walls painting was very old peeled.
This hotel stopped in the '80s and since then neither renovation nor renovation have been carried out. Never go there again.

β β β β β The rooms are clean and tidy and the view can't get any better.
They do provide a shuttle bus to the city center at the price tag of 1 euro per person.
On foot, it takes around 10 minutes to reach the city center.
Breakfast has a good selection but sadly it seems a norm in Italy to not provide tags on salami to tell you what type of meat it is.
The bar and the restaurant were closed at night so you will need to look for alternatives when dining.
Outside pools didn't seem to be functional but probably because there is no high season yet, they do provide an indoor pool (be careful not to slip and hurt yourself).
Prices are good outside of high season for the rooms around 110 euros per room per night.
