β β β β β The hotel is in a great location but the rooms are very tired and dated, even the 'superior' room we had. The food is OK but they cater for German tourists rather than a broader European clientele. However, a special mention goes to the most terrible wifi service I've ever encountered and I spend around 90 nights a year in hotels. I work in the wifi industry and can tell you this install has been done at the lowest possible price and you can tell. Terrible.

β β β β β This hotel is in an idyllic setting overlooking Lake Garda! Its a 15 to 20 minute walk into beautiful Limone where there are plenty of options to revitalise your exhausted all inclusive taste buds.
The hotel itself is not top quality but much more deserving than the majority of reviews it has.
The reception staff are more than welcoming and extremely helpful, the rooms are basic and a bit dated, but very clean.
The breakfast is your typical continental style with plenty of choice and lunch is exactly what is says on the tin, snacks! But adequate. Evening meal is very nice with a wide selection of hot or cold options to suit all tastes, hot meats especially nice. The desert section looks to die for but unfortunately I don't do deserts so I can't comment.
The drinks selection again is more than acceptable for self service, not named spirits but adequate and very handy.
My only criticism I have is towards the pool snack bar staff, when I mistakingly indicated the mayonase had ran out I was spoken to like I had just asked him to run up the mountain at the rear of the hotel to get me some more just for me, extremely cold and abrupt. As it turned out I was wrong, the sachets in the box next to the empty box was also mayonase!
I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel, you will not get the same value for money anywhere around this region.

β β β β β The view of the lake and the mountains from the hotel is amazing, almost surreal. The location is convenient to Lemone and over all not a bad place. The selection of food at the hotel is pretty limited, and due to the covid19 restrictions the beach never had space, and we had to walk down aways to the next beach to just put our stuff on the ground. It would be nicer if maybe the hotel would monitor the beach closer to ensure more equal time. However, if you get down early enough you can stake your claim to some chairs and an umbrella.

β β β β β nothing but good about the accommodation! Beautifully landscaped area with various swimming pools. You cross the road and dive into the lake. I found the reception at the reception less hospitable, the receptionist was difficult to understand and not really willing to explain the forms that we had to fill in and sign. The other receptionists were very hospitable. He probably wasn't having his day? Rooms in good order and hard-working and friendly housekeepers!

β β β β β Wi-Fi canβt be connected!!! 4G is slow like the 2G. If you need network during your holiday, definitely avoid this hotel. Room is very old and tiny, not sure how it is defined as 4-star hotel.....

β β β β β The hotel is a little "dated", but the food is great, the views are breathtaking. This hotel has a private beach on lake Garda, which is a huge plus. I would definitely stay there again

β β β β β Location is great, staff were friendly but rooms were dated and dirty. Entertainment was too loud in the afternoon while baby needed to sleep not ideal for a hotel that markets themselves as a family hotel. Facilities were not well maintained and dated, mini golf course was almost un playable. The food was the worst! Quality was below standard, lunch was abismal, always pasta with tomato sauce n chips with something fried. Ingredients reused the next day for example yesterday's salad was clearly covered with new leaves on top like we wouldn't notice.

β β β β β Great family-friendly hotel we visited on Garda lake. Incredible views from the window, nice lake beach just 50 meters from hotel. They have a number of outside pools and even an inside pool with 2 jacuzzis- kids will be busy even if it's a cold weather outside. In terms of food, it's an all-inclusive option. We were impressed by the evening buffet, but we suggest them to provide a wider variety of meals for breakfast and lunch. The rest was great! Nice memorable long weekend!
