Polecam z całego serca ! Great hotel, great service, very clean, fresh linen and towels every day, delicious breakfasts, fabulous view from the balcony and the owners were very friendly. I recommend it with all my heart!

Le camere superior hanno un balcone molto grande e sono arredate stile moderno ma con tanto legno. Abbiamo usufruito anche del ristorante, buono ma senza grandi pretese. Beautiful Hotel next to a stream and with a magnificent view. The superior rooms have a very large balcony and are furnished in a modern style but with lots of wood. We also made use of the restaurant, which was good but unpretentious.

Per questo ho selezionato due stelle, altrimenti UNA sarebbe stata sufficiente per le camere, nella norma. Siamo però allibiti di una cosa: abbiamo prenotato la cena da ospiti dell’hotel, il servizio lascia un po’ desiderare, ma ciò accade quando lo staff (due persone) si occupa nello stesso istante sia della cucina che dell’hotel. La pizza era surgelata, bassa qualità, da imbarazzo!! Non so come facciano a scrivere nelle recensioni gli altri: “ottima la pizza!!” Forse a digiuno da mesi? Il dolce aveva all’interno delle parti ancora surgelate… e poi, per finire… presentato il conto il giorno dopo al checkout : 6 euro di coperto!!!! MA COME?? ci fate pagare il coperto e siamo gli ospiti dell’albergo??!! Che vergogna. Purtroppo quando non c’è serietà e professionalità ci si perde in queste piccolezze. Un consiglio: il ristorante fatelo gestire ad uno staff dedicato e: abbiate cura del cliente. This hotel takes advantage only of the excellent location, it is the strong point. For this I have selected two stars, otherwise ONE would have been enough for the rooms, in the norm. However, we are stunned by one thing: we booked dinner as hotel guests, the service leaves something to be desired, but this happens when the staff (two people) takes care of both the kitchen and the hotel at the same time. The pizza was frozen, low quality, embarrassing !! I don't know how others write in the reviews: "excellent pizza !!" Maybe fasting for months? The dessert had frozen parts inside ... and then, finally ... presented the bill the next day at checkout: 6 euro cover !!!! BUT HOW?? do you charge us for the cover charge and we are the guests of the hotel ?? !! What a shame. Unfortunately, when there is no seriousness and professionalism, you get lost in these little things. A tip: have the restaurant run by a dedicated staff and: take care of the customer.

È stato bellissimo, la professionalità, disponibilità e serietà del proprietario è top.Il cibo è stato ottimo. Lo consiglio a tutti.Pulizia e la cura del cliente è senza dubbio ottima. Torneremo sicuramente. Olga e Patrick. We stayed in this hotel for two days. We wanted to celebrate New Year in the mountains. It was beautiful, the owner's professionalism, availability and seriousness is top. The food was excellent. I recommend it to everyone.Cleaning and customer care is undoubtedly excellent. We will definitely be back. Olga and Patrick.

a	annamaria morena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though renovated, the rest was low to mediocre. Thin towels, cheap bathroom toiletries, and the food was below quality. Every day there is 1 person running the whole hotel - obvious the service poor. The worse part is they did not clean our room and when we got back from a day of excursions it was exactly as we left. If you don’t understand the hospitality business get out instead of offering petty pathetic services for high rates.
