La Signora Patrizia (proprietaria) è davvero una persona gentile e sempre pronta a soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti. Alloggi comodi e puliti! Consigliatissimo per attività in zona, come trekking sul Pollino e Rafting sul Lao. Grazie Patrizia Very comfortable structure to move around in the surrounding areas! Mrs. Patrizia (owner) is really a kind person and always ready to meet the needs of customers. Comfortable and clean accommodation! Highly recommended for activities in the area, such as trekking on the Pollino and Rafting on the Lao. Thanks Patrizia

Di li ci si può muovere a piedi verso Laino Castello Vecchio, che arriva sino a 500 metri sul livello del mare, verso i boschi e verso il fiume Lao. Non molto lontano ci sono ristori, negozietti tipici e la sede del LaoRafting. Ho girato sempre a piedi e ho ripreso la macchina quando sono ripartito. La signora Patrizia è stata un'ottima padrona di casa, molto ospitale e premurosa, GRAZIE !!! Quiet and tidy hotel, with bar and exceptional location in the center of Laino BORGO. From there you can walk towards Laino Castello Vecchio, which reaches up to 500 meters above sea level, towards the woods and towards the Lao river. Not far away there are refreshment points, typical shops and the headquarters of LaoRafting. I always walked around and took the car back when I left. Mrs. Patrizia was an excellent hostess, very hospitable and caring, THANKS !!!

Camere pulitissime, con terrazzo, e dotate di tutti i comfort (zanzariere, letti comodi e bagno ampio). La colazione è abbondante e variegata, servita dalla proprietaria gentilissima ed estremamente premurosa. Un'accoglienza e una permanenza decisamente top! Hotel in a strategic position a few kilometers from the motorway and in the center of the village. Spotless rooms, with terrace, and equipped with all comforts (mosquito nets, comfortable beds and large bathroom). The breakfast is abundant and varied, served by the very kind and extremely attentive owner. A welcome and a definitely top stay!

Una menzione particolare va alla gentilezza della signora Patrizia e alla colazione davvero abbondante. Abbiamo pernotatto in 3 e siamo rimasti tutti molto soddisfatti. Spero di ritornare. Very welcoming hotel to sleep in Laino Borgo, tidy and spotless rooms, terrace overlooking the main street, comfortable beds. A special mention goes to the kindness of Mrs. Patrizia and the really abundant breakfast. We stayed in 3 and we were all very satisfied. I hope to return.

A pochi chilometri dall'autostrada, paese molto tranquillo ma che allo stesso tempo offre varie attivita tra cui rafting, canyon, canoa,parco avventura e molte altre cose, raggiungibili comodamente dalla struttura. Che dire la gentilezza della proprietaria rende il tutto ancora più straordinario, signora sempre attenta alle esigenze dei clienti. Non vediamo l'ora di ritornare per il periodo autunnale. Excellent service Cozy and very clean. A few kilometers from the highway, a very quiet village that at the same time offers various activities including rafting, canyons, canoeing, adventure park and many other things, easily reachable from the hotel. What about the kindness of the owner makes everything even more extraordinary, a lady who is always attentive to customer needs. We can't wait to return for the autumn period.

Ottima colazione, camera fresca nonostante i 38 gradi di fuori e non ci sono parole x descrivere la cordialità della signora Patrizia che che ha fatto di tutto per farci sentire a nostro agio!ritornerò x qualche giorno in più!Grazie! We had a great time! Great hotel near the motorway exit, clean and well equipped! Excellent breakfast, fresh room despite the 38 degrees outside and there are no words to describe the friendliness of Mrs. Patrizia who did everything to make us feel at ease! I will return for a few more days! Thanks!

Sembrava impossibile trovare posto per tutti nella stessa struttura in un paesino come Laino Borgo, eppure la signora Patrizia ha fatto il possibile per offrirci la soluzione di alloggio migliore. Camere pulite e fornite di tutto, set cortesia, asciugamani, asciugacapelli, frigo in camera e ampio balcone. Consiglio la struttura, soprattutto per la qualità dell’ospitalità: Patrizia è attenta, premurosa, generosa e gentile con tutti! I was a guest of the structure together with a group of 11 people. It seemed impossible to find a place for everyone in the same structure in a village like Laino Borgo, yet Mrs. Patrizia did everything possible to offer us the best accommodation solution. Clean rooms equipped with everything, courtesy set, towels, hairdryer, fridge in the room and large balcony. I recommend the hotel, especially for the quality of hospitality: Patrizia is attentive, caring, generous and kind to everyone!
V	Vicky P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich hatten wir eine andere Unterkunft gebucht, diese war aber voll, also hat uns der Besitzer ans Hotel Edelweiß verwiesen, welches seiner Schwester gehört. Spät abends kamen wir hier an und die Besitzerin war so freundlich und hilfsbereit, zeigte uns alle verfügbaren Zimmer und wir durften uns unsere aussuchen. Die Zimmer sind natürlich nicht sonderlich modern eingerichtet, aber dafür mit allem was man braucht und unglaublich sauber und für den Preis mehr als angemessen! Das Frühstück war klein, aber liebevoll angerichtet mit sehr leckeren Kaffee und frischem Obst. Auf Wunsch wurde alles gebracht was verfügbar war. Alles in allem für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, wenn man die Umgebung erkunden möchte, mehr als empfehlenswert!!! Actually we had booked another accommodation, but it was full, so the owner referred us to the Hotel Edelweiß, which belongs to his sister. We arrived here late at night and the owner was so friendly and helpful, showing us all the available rooms and allowing us to choose ours. The rooms are of course not very modern, but with everything you need and incredibly clean and more than adequate for the price! The breakfast was small, but lovingly prepared with delicious coffee and fresh fruit. Upon request, everything was brought that was available. All in all for a short stay if you want to explore the area, more than recommended !!!
