★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo mangiato in data odierna con un pellegrinaggio della chiesa. Il servizio è stato veloce, i piatti ottimi e molte portate con prezzo esiguo. Consigliatissimo per chi si vuole fermare dopo una visita al Santuario

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parlando del ristorante...oggi 6 febb. 2022,Posto bello, posizionato al meglio facile da accedere tramite ascensore, ma:
X consumare un menù della casa in 6 abbiamo perso 3ore, dalle 12:50 alle15:40. Tutto questo con una sala non piena. Nella sala si gela, siamo stati con le giacche addosso. Una bistecchina metà cotta bene e metà al sangue( mai vista)Per avere il formaggio un eternità , è che dire x avere 3 caffè, è stato chiesto2 volte, alla terza volta la risposta è stata "" ancora non vi arriva?"". Lo consiglio se avete tempo da perdere. (P.s bagni non si chiudono e ci può entrare solo chi è magro.)
 Speaking of the restaurant ... today 6 Feb. 2022, Nice place, best located easy to access by lift, but:
X consuming a house menu in 6 we lost 3 hours, from 12:50 to 15:40. All this with a room that is not full. In the room it is freezing, we were with jackets on. A steak half cooked well and half rare (never seen) To have cheese for an eternity, that is to say x have 3 coffees, it was asked 2 times, the third time the answer was "" still not getting it? "". I recommend it if you have time to waste. (P.s bathrooms do not close and only those who are thin can enter.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato ospite presso il ristorante della struttura il giorno 7 maggio a pranzo. Ero con un gruppo che stava percorrendo il cammino di Sani Michele. Siamo arrivati e non c'era posto per tutti , i camerieri si sono rivelati subito infastiditi e maleducati. Praticamente per un piatto di pasta al pomodoro ed un piattino con insalata (iceberg) con acqua sembrava che si stessero facendo un favore. Io ero l'unico pugliese mentre il gruppo veniva dal Piemonte, non vi nascondo che mi sono vergognato e scusato per il trattamento ricevuto. Altro che casa del Pellegrino, dovrebbero chiamarla , statevi a casa vostra perché non vi vogliamo.
I was a guest at the restaurant on May 7 for lunch. I was with a group that was walking the path of Sani Michele. We arrived and there was no room for everyone, the waiters were immediately annoyed and rude. Basically for a plate of pasta with tomato sauce and a saucer with salad (iceberg) with water it seemed that they were doing themselves a favor. I was the only Apulian while the group came from Piedmont, I do not hide that I was ashamed and apologized for the treatment received. Other than the Pilgrim's house, they should call it, stay at your house because we don't want you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, this is not a 5 star hotel with all facilities you can dream of.
Instead, it has a very good location. The staff is super friendly. And patient, because we only know a few words of Italian.
Breakfast is included. But it's very basic (remember the price you paid before you complain). And for a very affordable price, you can ask for eggs.
It was our first 'Pellegrino hotel'. We were positively surprised.
Highly recommended!
