★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible. Our room was oppressively closed in. It felt like a living tomb. Management refused to give us a more open room. We fled after one miserable night. Management refused to refund the balance of the fee.

Hotel claims/advertises to be 5 Star............only thing 5 Star is the view. Staff unfriendly, while hotel was 1/2 empty we had to wait until almost the "official" check in time. Pool filled with debris, bugs or dead worms on the stairwell going to our room, and someone left a plastic bag of dog poop in a planter.......it was there in the late afternoon and again the next morning. Maybe a two star but not a 5 star given our experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was really hard to find and we were lost for two hours in the town before staff managed to find us.. you can't actually drive up to it... this was pretty frustrating after 14 hours of travelling and it would be good if they could arrange an easy to find meeting point for guests prior too arriving. However The hotel itself is beautiful. The service use pleasent and well meaning but definitley not 5 star or like any other relais hotel we have stayed in however the staff really do try and The gentleman who came to find us was so helpful and friendly his attitude saved the day. Set aside your normal expectations of a5 star hotel and you will love it.. it has the calmest little courtyard with a dipping pool that is a sun trap and the rooms ate gorgeous. In the end we enjoyed it after the shaky start but sadly it's definitly not a 5 star experience.

The service was fantastic, they drove us from the parking to the top of Ostuni where the hotel is situated.
Magnificent view and the hotel itself is beautiful- the interior and the exterior with the garden and pool, even nicer than the photos.
The room was spacious, modern and clean.
And the breakfast is one of the best I've had- it's the same kitchen as the Michelin star restaurant Ciele so that says something.
Again, highly recommend the hotel!
