★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stanza ben arredata e confortevole. Gli esterni molti belli e ben curati. Cucina ottima e molto bello il ristorante ricavato nell'antica struttura. Unica pecca una sala colazioni freddina e la colazione che non offre molte alternative. Personale impeccabile.
 Well furnished and comfortable room. The exteriors are very beautiful and well cared for. Excellent cuisine and very nice restaurant housed in the ancient structure. The only flaw is a cold breakfast room and the breakfast that does not offer many alternatives. Impeccable staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Immerso in una distesa di uliveti, si respira l'aria natalizia grazie ai meravigliosi addobbi e alle mille lucine. Posto incantevole, peccato per la camera standard spacciata invece come suite. Arredata con mobili vecchi e in cui la TV non funziona. Camera per di più rumorosa: si avvertiva nitidamente il vicino tossire e parlare al telefono. In piena notte si è staccata la corrente in più occasioni non permettendci di dormire adeguatamente.
Immersed in an expanse of olive groves, you can breathe the Christmas air thanks to the wonderful decorations and a thousand lights. Lovely place, shame about the standard room passed off as a suite instead. Furnished with old furniture and where the TV doesn't work. Furthermore, the room was noisy: you could clearly hear the neighbor coughing and talking on the phone. In the middle of the night the power went off on several occasions, not allowing us to sleep properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non metto una stella solo perchè tutto sommato il personale era gentile. Ho prenotato tramite SmartBox quindi per fortuna non ho pagato nulla (anzi in realtà mi hanno fatto pagare 10 euro di supplemento per un bimbo di 11 mesi, ma va bene, ci può stare visto che c'era un terzo letto in camera).
1) Camera che doveva essere una suite invece sembrava uno dei peggiori ostelli di Roma;
2) Mi dovevano accogliere (come da pacchetto) con prosecco e taralli ed invece ho dovuto richiederli io, anche se poi ho rinunciato visto che dovevo aspettare fino alle 18.30 (noi eravamo arrivati intorno le 16.30);
3) Camera pulita nel complesso ma ho dovuto schiacciare un paio di vermetti che camminavano per terra;
4) Bagno senza bidè;
5) Acqua calda che arriva dopo 10 minuti;
6) Arredo risalente agli anni '50;
7) Colazione a buffet? ma dove? a stento un paio di cornetti e qualche ciambella;
8) Piscina inguardabile. Anche se non siamo in alta stagione, quantomeno potrebbero tenerla pulita;
9) Mi sarebbe dovuta costare 79.90 euro - prezzo folle
10) 4 stelle col binocolo, non capisco chi gliele abbia attribuite!!
I don't put a star just because all in all the staff were nice. I booked through SmartBox so luckily I didn't pay anything (actually they charged me a 10 euro supplement for an 11-month-old baby, but that's okay, he can stay there since there was a third bed in the room).
1) Room that was supposed to be a suite instead seemed one of the worst hostels in Rome;
2) They had to welcome me (as per the package) with prosecco and taralli and instead I had to ask for them, even if I then gave up as I had to wait until 6.30 pm (we had arrived around 4.30 pm);
3) Clean room overall but I had to crush a couple of worms walking on the ground;
4) Bathroom without bidet;
5) Hot water which arrives after 10 minutes;
6) Furniture dating back to the 1950s;
7) Buffet breakfast? But where? barely a couple of croissants and some donuts;
8) Unwatchable swimming pool. Even if we are not in the high season, at least they could keep it clean;
9) It should have cost me 79.90 euros - crazy price
10) 4 stars with binoculars, I don't understand who attributed them to him !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutto molto bello, la location esterna è sicuramente la parte migliore. Ambiente molto rustico e tipicamente pugliese, immerso in distese di ulivi e viti. Il chiostro d'ingresso alle camere è una bella chicca. Siamo andati di novembre, quindi non abbiamo purtroppo usufruito della piscina, comunque molto bella. Camera grande, mobili un po' datati, lavorerei su quelli. Ho notato molta attenzione all'igiene e alla pulizia. Ci ritornerei sicuramente ma in mesi più estivi.
All very nice, the outdoor location is certainly the best part. Very rustic and typically Apulian environment, surrounded by expanses of olive trees and vines. The cloister at the entrance to the rooms is a nice gem. We went in November, so we unfortunately didn't use the swimming pool, which was still very nice. Large room, slightly dated furniture, I'd work on those. I noticed a lot of attention to hygiene and cleanliness. I would definitely stay there again but in the summer months.

Cena veramente eccellente, basata su portate di mare . Personale preparato e competente. Cortesia e relax meritano un soggiorno definibile da 5 stelle. Una sola parola: meraviglioso.
Wonderful structure that stands in a strategic point, suitable for visiting Puglia in a few days. Equipped, clean and independent rooms. Truly excellent dinner, based on seafood. Trained and competent staff. Courtesy and relaxation deserve a 5-star stay. One word: wonderful.
