Cena deliziosa ,ricca di quattro portate di mare veramente eccellenti . Personale gentile,preparato e competente. La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica, da permettere di visitare la Puglia in pochi giorni. Wonderful structure, relaxing, rooms with independent entrance and spacious bathroom. Excellent service with smartbox. Delicious dinner, rich in four truly excellent seafood courses. Kind, knowledgeable and competent staff. The property is located in a strategic position, allowing you to visit Puglia in a few days.

Abbiamo soggiornato con amici 4 notti, con pacchetto inclusivo di Cenone di Capodanno, pranzo del primo dell’anno e una cena. Sistemazione in Hotel: Esternamente il posto è molto bello e curato, le stanze invece sono vecchie e tenute male, la gestione è carente. L’insonorizzazione è pessima, si è in grado di sentire perfettamente la televisione dei vicini anche a volume basso… Nota positiva è la pulizia, personale gentile e attento. Il personale della reception non è in grado di fornire alcuna informazione, sempre persone diverse, mai in uniforme, nota positiva: sono gentili. Non vengono fornite ciabattine (in un 4 stelle?), e i saponi vanno richiesti perché non vengono rimessi alla pulizia della stanza (?). La colazione è carente, assenza totale di salato, poca scelta, sempre le stesse torte per giorni, e cibi poco freschi e di bassa qualità. Stoviglie a volte sporche… Cenone e cibo al ristorante Tari: Anche qui, poca organizzazione. In tre pasti abbiamo mangiato praticamente lo stesso menu. Sempre le stesse 4 stuzzicherie di antipasto. Sempre piatti a base di Salmone o Pesce Spada, salumi e carne. Basterebbe un po’ di attenzione per variare. La qualità è media, i primi sono buoni, mentre i secondi e i dolci scadenti. I vini serviti sono di media qualità. Lo staff è gentile e attento. Totalmente insufficiente l’intrattenimento, con dj svogliato e di basso livello. Peccato, anche con le restrizioni si poteva fare qualcosa di meglio vista la bellezza dell’infrastruttura, che meriterebbe una gestione migliore! I don't think the hotel has 4 stars, maybe once, but the service and conditions are less than 3 stars. We stayed with friends for 4 nights, with a package including New Year's Eve dinner, New Year's lunch and dinner. Hotel accommodation: Externally the place is very nice and well-kept, the rooms are old and poorly maintained, the management is lacking. The soundproofing is very bad, you are able to hear the neighbors' television perfectly even at low volumes ... Positive note is the cleanliness, polite and attentive staff. The reception staff are unable to provide any information, always different people, never in uniform, positive note: they are kind. Slippers are not provided (in a 4-star?), And soaps must be requested because they are not returned to the cleaning of the room (?). The breakfast is lacking, total absence of salty, little choice, always the same cakes for days, and not very fresh and low quality foods. Sometimes dirty dishes ... Dinner and food at the Tari restaurant: Here too, little organization. In three meals we ate pretty much the same menu. Always the same 4 appetizer snacks. Always dishes based on Salmon or Swordfish, cured meats and meat. A little attention would be enough to vary. The quality is average, the first are good, while the second and the desserts are poor. The wines served are of medium quality. The staff is kind and attentive. The entertainment is totally insufficient, with listless and low-level DJs. Too bad, even with the restrictions, something better could be done given the beauty of the infrastructure, which deserves better management!
