Arrivati più di un'ora prima dell'apertura (nonostante la prenotazione) per prendere i lettini... altrimenti attaccati se arrivi alle 9.01. Presi i lettini... sorge il problema "dove li mettiamo???"... noi?!!?? Cioè non dovrebbero esserci delle aree predisposte???? Allora... meglio non entrare nel dettaglio ovvero che dovevamo stare attaccati letteralmente ad altra gente (alla faccia della sicurezza!) Premetto che cercavo un posto appunto a pagamento per la sicurezza visto che sono una paziente oncologica e quindi devo tutelarmi. Sono stata in piedi al caldo ad aspettare che si decidessero dove meglio buttarci e trovare un angolo per noi. Ombrelloni rotti e che volavano... alla nostra richiesta di aiuto per una soluzione... "che volete da noi?!" ?? meglio che non continuo perché onestamente io avrei preferito entrate in una struttura 1. Controllata per la sicurezza sanitaria (numero chiuso) 2. cordialità del personale e 3.la validità della prenotazione (inutile a quanto pare) SOLDI LETTERALMENTE BUTTATI!!! I wonder ... is it true that the vision of things is subjective. But here the total disorganization is evident. "what do you want from us ?!" ?? better than not continuing because honestly I would have preferred to enter a facility 1. Checked for health security (limited number) 2. friendliness of staff and 3. validity of the reservation (apparently useless) MONEY LITERALLY WASTE !!!

Niente pos, in questo periodo di pandemia super sovraffollato, ho pagato 12€ a persona per avere un tavolo con sedia e un ombrellone (avendo prenotato). Sembrava di essere al bar, per giunta sotto le casse dell'animazione ad altissimo volume! E il proprietario mi aveva rassicurato che avrebbe trovato una soluzione migliore! Mai più! Very nice place, but very bad organization! Nothing pos, in this super crowded pandemic period, I paid 12 € per person to have a table with chair and an umbrella (having booked). It was like being at the bar, in addition to under the loudspeakers of the animation at very high volume! And the owner reassured me that he would find a better solution! Never again!

Tutti i servizi erano puliti ed ordinati,tutti i ragazzi e ragazze dello staff gentili e disponibili,piscine pulite.... Ci ritorneremo più spesso. Consigliatissimo x le famiglie con bambini. We went today for the first time my children had a great time and so do we. All the services were clean and tidy, all the boys and girls of the staff were kind and helpful, swimming pools clean .... We will return more often. Highly recommended for families with children.

R	Robin Flute on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il posto in sé è carino, adattissimo a famiglie con bambini dato che ha più piscine (con scivoli) per tutte le età. Il problema è la gestione degli spazi: sarebbe stata inadeguata anche in tempi pre-covid per la quantità di persone letteralmente ammassate (e non parliamo del giorno di Ferragosto). Di sicurezza nella piscina nemmeno a parlarne: gente che salta in acqua da tutte le parti, e che facilmente ti arriva quasi addosso. Peccato, eravamo stati qui qualche anno fa e la situazione era molto più vivibile. The place itself is nice, very suitable for families with children as it has multiple pools (with slides) for all ages. The problem is the management of spaces: it would have been inadequate even in pre-covid times due to the amount of people literally crowded together (and we are not talking about August 15th). Of safety in the pool not even to talk about it: people jumping into the water from all sides, and that easily almost reaches you. Too bad, we had been here a few years ago and the situation was much more livable.

Staff salvataggio molto attento .....e sempre in allerta per quanto riguarda i bambini in acqua . Struttura da andarci venlo consiglio altamente. Complimenti a tutto lo staff????? Exemplary structure seriousness and courtesy. At the bar Daniela, an impeccable conductor with her colleague Michele, no less. From the series the top .... !!!!! Very attentive rescue staff ..... and always on alert for children in the water. I highly recommend it. Congratulations to all the staff?????
