★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo pranzato lì all'incirca 20 gg fa. Cibo molto buono e personale molto cordiale.
Viaggiavamo con una bambina di 11 mesi e ci hanno portato subito seggiolone, scaldato la pappa e portato anche piatto e posate per lei.
Consigliatissimo
 We had lunch there about 20 days ago. Very good food and very friendly staff.
We were traveling with an 11-month-old baby and they immediately brought us a high chair, warmed up the baby food and also brought us plates and cutlery for her.
Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per la posizione e per il prezzo, paragonato agli altri posti, si merita quattro stelle. La struttura però é quella di un rifugio piuttosto che di un albergo e le numerose camere hanno un solo bagno in comune sullo stesso piano. È comunque un posto carino e molto pulito, ed il ristorante è buono e con dei prezzi abbordabili. In più si può parcheggiare sotto all'albergo ed i proprietari sono stati molto gentili permettendoci di lasciare il van parcheggiato anche fino al pomeriggio del giorno in cui abbiamo lasciato la camera.
For the location and the price, compared to other places, it deserves four stars. However, the structure is that of a refuge rather than a hotel and the numerous rooms have only one shared bathroom on the same floor. It is still a nice and very clean place, and the restaurant is good and affordable. In addition, you can park under the hotel and the owners were very kind allowing us to leave the van parked even until the afternoon of the day we left the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo la prenotazione del pernottamento di pensione completa non ci è stato riservato un tavolo, tanto che al nostro arrivo ci è stato detto di attendere che se ne liberasse uno (attesa prolungatasi per 1 ora). Stanze prive di bagno, il quale era in comune con le altre camere. Staff abbastanza gentile ma male organizzato. Tempi di attesa molto ampi tra le varie portate, di fatto, dopo una nostra lamentela riguardante il tempo di attesa, ci si è avvicinato il titolare con modo maleducato e scorbutico invitandoci a lasciare il locale facendo sceneggiata davanti agl'altri clienti; in seguito si è anche scusato per il suo comportamento, giustificandosi che aveva avuto una giornata pesante, ma ha solo confermato una sua mancanza di professionalità.
After booking the full board overnight stay, we were not reserved a table, so much so that upon our arrival we were told to wait for one to be free (waiting extended for 1 hour). Rooms without a bathroom, which was shared with the other rooms. Staff quite nice but badly organized. Very long waiting times between the various courses, in fact, after our complaint regarding the waiting time, the owner approached us with a rude and grumpy way, inviting us to leave the place making a scene in front of the other customers; he later apologized for his behavior, justifying himself that he had had a rough day, but only confirmed his lack of professionalism.

Personale molto gentile, ci hanno messo a disposizione un fasciatoio per cambiare il nostro bimbo ( ultimamente non è più così scontato)
Good cuisine with typical Trentino dishes, fast service and a warm and welcoming dining room.
Very kind staff, they provided us with a changing table to change our baby (lately it is no longer so obvious)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo pranzato qui lo scorso fine settimana. Abbiamo mangiato come primi una porzione di tagliatelle al ragù di cervo io, e una porzione di tagliatelle ai funghi lei. Come secondo invece una polenta al cervo e funghi per me ed una polenta al formaggio fuso e funghi per lei. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di mangiare in veranda, dalla quale avevamo una vista veramente piacevole e rilassante, ma soprattutto le portate ed i camerieri ci hanno subito fatto sentire quell'atmosfera di montagna fatta di cordialità e piatti abbondanti. Tutto ottimo, servizio gentile e giornata assolutamente da ricordare.
My girlfriend and I had lunch here last weekend. We ate a portion of tagliatelle with venison ragu as a first course, and a portion of tagliatelle with mushrooms lei. As a second course, instead, a polenta with venison and mushrooms for me and a polenta with melted cheese and mushrooms for her. We were lucky enough to eat on the veranda, from which we had a truly pleasant and relaxing view, but above all the courses and the waiters immediately made us feel that mountain atmosphere made of cordiality and abundant dishes. All great, kind service and a day absolutely to remember.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is located nicely on the Tovel lake right within the beautiful Brenta Dolomites. The staff was nice and attentive and the rooms were basic but clean. As a bonus, the hotel has a downstairs bar with a great deck to enjoy your drinks on a nice and warm summer night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience there. Rooms are pretty basic but clean and cosy, we got a room with lake view and it was amazing. The food is great and the staff were really nice. Note that they have specific hours for each meal and between meals the restaurant is closed.
My fiance has celiac and the staff was very aware about gluten-intolerance and knew about gluten free dishes on the menu. They really made an effort to find the best dishes for us, they even suggested to make some gluten free gniocci and dessert especially for us.
The food in general was amazing.
For dinner we had butter gniocci, polenta with cheese and mushrooms and grilled fish and everything was delicious. For breakfast they had gluten free muffins, bread and cake and made sure we are content and full :) They had the best apples and cinnamon jam! highly recommended.
