F	Francesca Tempesta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza a dir poco spiacevole. Nonostante da fuori sembri un hotel nuovo la nostra stanza era molto "aniquata". Il problema grosso comunque è stata la pessima condizione in cui versava la camera: la chiave della porta difettosa (lo abbiamo segnalato subito ma non ci è stata cambiata), gli infissi della porta del bagno rotti e la maniglia mi è rimasta in mano la seconda volta che ho provato a chiudere, specchi arrugginiti e in parte rotti (allego foto anche di altro). La mattina dopo ho voluto dare un'ultima chance con la colazione: mancava il caffè (né macchinetta, né termos, né qualcuno a cui chiedere) e c'era una mosca che galleggiava della brocca del succo di frutta... e ho detto tutto! Tutto ciò pagato 80 euro, per fortuna per una sola notte. Grandissima delusione, un posto del genere non fa che infangare il nome di Pietrarsa! An unpleasant experience to say the least. Although from the outside it looks like a new hotel, our room was very "tired". The big problem, however, was the bad condition in which the room was poured: the key to the defective door (we reported it immediately but it was not changed), the bathroom door frames broken and the handle remained in my hand the second time I tried to close, rusty and partly broken mirrors (I also attach photos of others). The next morning I wanted to give breakfast one last chance: there was no coffee (no machine, no thermos, no someone to ask) and there was a fly floating out of the juice jug ... and I said everything! All this paid 80 euros, luckily for just one night. Great disappointment, such a place does nothing but tarnish the name of Pietrarsa!
C	Ciro Gentile on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esterno e sito internet molto bello. Camera vecchia e abbandonata. Lavabo che si muoveva.... Tavola di legno di cantiere era un posto per appoggiare le nostre cose. Doccia che perdeva acqua..... Scendo a colazione i cornetti del giorno precedente e non c'era nessuno per un caffè. Non si discute le persone ma la struttura non vale. Metto una stella per confermare ma non vale nemmeno quella. TUTTI SENZA MASCHERINA cosa gravissima, frigo in camera inesistente. Letto durissimo e cuscini con contenuti a pezzetti che facevano male. Brutta esperienza. Very nice exterior and website. Old and abandoned room. Sink that moved .... Yard plank was a place to put our things. Leaking shower ..... I go down for breakfast the croissants of the previous day and there was no one for a coffee. There is no question of the people but the structure is not worth it. I put a star to confirm but that is not even worth it. ALL WITHOUT MASKS, very serious thing, fridge in the room non-existent. Rock hard bed and pillows with bite-sized contents that hurt. Bad experience.
F	Francesco Borda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura buona se non hai tante pretese, hotel esternamente spettacolare, camere un po’ piccole e pareti fatte di plastica, si sentiva il rumore dei vicini. Personale cordiale, forse mi concentrerei più sulla prima colazione, un po’ scarsa per le mie aspettative. Nel complesso rimane una buona struttura su cui fare appoggio, vicina ai servivi essenziali e dotata di parcheggio privato. Good structure if you don't have many pretensions, hotel externally spectacular, rooms a bit small and walls made of plastic, you could hear the noise of the neighbors. Friendly staff, maybe I would focus more on breakfast, a bit poor for my expectations. Overall, it remains a good structure to lean on, close to essential services and equipped with private parking.
J	Janice Page on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel has only very low average rooms shower head didn’t stay up we did manage to repair it with a hair band. The swimming pool is advertised as part of the hotel but in order to sunbathe and use cafe etc you need to pay 10euros per person per day. Which no booking site says anything about this. Then the restaurant has the same very poor menu every day accept Saturday you can only have pizza and there is nothing within easy walking distance. We were drinking a couple of Peroni beers a night but that ran out. No shorts available also family just sit in the main part of the hotel with kids playing around being kids. The taxis in Naples don’t use sat navs so haven’t a clue where to go and wonder why we won’t pay what the meter says when they took the longest route and went round the square twice we used google maps to get us home. Also they had private parties on 3 nights with no warning. The breakfast puts out the food left over from the parties the night before and breakfast is too repetitive cold eggs poor quality fruit juice coffee pot not refilled milk warm . I would say to these people if they are serious about running a hotel swimming pool and sun beds included in price more varied menu More signs saying what’s happening maps in multi languages and get local taxi service involved to help people who don’t drive get around . My only positive is we found the staff most of the time tried to help despite speaking very little English.
D	Davor Abramovich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hard to fall asleep because of the traffic noise, strong fragrance in the room, makes you want vomit, sugary breakfast...helpful staff!!! Still ok to get by for couple of nights. Pool is free to enter for most of the weekdays...
J	Jenni Brady on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great sea view room, lovely hotel, helpful staff and nice sweet breakfast , HOWEVER, we were appalled that they charge paying guests 7 Euros to use the pool PER PERSON PER DAY and an additional 2 Euros per person to rent a compulsory swimming hat so sadly, as a family of 4 on a budget, we could only look longingly at the cool water. Not fair at all, ruined the stay for us . Very poor show indeed.
Y	Yvonne Raia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A decent hotel. Clean. I had spotty Wi-Fi which was annoying. The breakfast wasn't very good, in my opinion. Too many sweet bland pastries and bad coffee. No healthy options. I did not use the pools.
