S	Sara Sinopoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace dare una valutazione molto bassa perché il personale è gentilissimo e super disponibile e il posto eccezionale, ma io e il mio fidanzato ci aspettavamo di più da un Hotel 4 stelle. Siamo arrivati venerdì e abbiamo dovuto chiedere due volte, domenica pomeriggio, che ci venissero cambiati gli asciugamani: a detta del ragazzo alla receptionist "una svista delle donne delle pulizie", una svista due giorni di fila? Un'anta della doccia stava su per metà, col rischio di staccarla ad ogni apertura e chiusura, e con la muffa tutta intorno; alcune mattonelle erano rotte, col rischio di tagliarsi un piede; il bagno era senza chiave alla porta e senza finestra, solo una mini-ventola; il frigo bar era vuoto, con 2 bottigliette di acqua solamente il primo giorno. Cibo molto scadente, l'ultima sera i secondi piatti erano completamente freddi e l'acqua servita al tavolo, in bottiglie da 1litro, l'abbiamo pagata 2€ a bottiglia. Buona scelta a colazione e camerieri molto professionali e simpatici. Il resto è da migliorare, 480€ per 3 notti in un Hotel 4 stelle del genere sono veramente troppi. I am sorry to give a very low rating because the staff are very kind and super helpful and the place is great, but my fiance and I expected more from a 4 star Hotel. We arrived on Friday and had to ask twice, Sunday afternoon, for our towels to be changed: according to the guy at the receptionist "an oversight by the cleaning ladies", an oversight two days in a row? One door of the shower was halfway up, with the risk of detaching it at each opening and closing, and with mold all around; some tiles were broken, with the risk of cutting his foot; the bathroom was keyless on the door and no window, just a mini-fan; the mini bar was empty, with 2 bottles of water only on the first day. Very poor food, on the last evening the main courses were completely cold and the water served at the table, in 1 liter bottles, we paid € 2 per bottle. Good choice at breakfast and very professional and nice waiters. The rest needs to be improved, 480 € for 3 nights in a 4-star hotel like that is really too much.

Ottima la cucina, la sala è un pó datata ma un valore aggiunto lo da Mattia che con la sua professionalità e le sue attenzioni ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio. Ad accoglierci nel grazioso centro benessere la preparatissima signora Rosella che con la sua dolcezza le sue mani d'oro coccola i clienti. We had a really good time, nice and cozy room, spectacular view. The cuisine is excellent, the dining room is a little dated but an added value comes from Mattia who, with his professionalism and his attention, made us feel at ease. To welcome us in the lovely wellness center, the well-trained Mrs. Rosella who with her sweetness her golden hands pampers the customers.
M	Marilena Marascio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Credo veramente che bisognerebbe rivedere i metodi di attribuzione delle stelle. Questo hotel è veramente pessimo. Siamo stati a luglio con famiglie di amici e non vedevamo l ora di andare via. Camere piccolissime proposte come quadruple dove non ci si poteva neanche muovere, sporche e con frigobar non funzionanti. I bagni vecchi, tappati e indecenti e quasi impossibilitati a fare la doccia perché quella pochissima acqua che arrivava aveva sbalzi dal bollente al ghiacciato. Il ristorante a mio avviso da chiudere, tovagliato macchiato da un precedente utilizzo e non cambiato, posate e bicchieri altrettanto sporchi e cibo pessimo. Dopo varie richieste di cambiare il tovagliolo ho dovuto provvedere con un fazzolettino. Colazione scarsa e senza scelta. Per il senza glutine era stata garantita la disponibilità ma c era solo una soluzione obbligata. Personale abbastanza infastidito ad ogni minima richiesta. Insomma lo sconsiglio assolutamente. I truly believe that star attribution methods should be reviewed. This hotel is really bad. We were in July with families of friends and we couldn't wait to leave. Very small rooms proposed as quadruple rooms where you could not even move, dirty and with non-functioning minibar. The old bathrooms, plugged and indecent and almost impossible to take a shower because the very little water that arrived had jumps from boiling to frozen. The restaurant in my opinion to be closed, stained tablecloths from a previous use and not changed, equally dirty cutlery and glasses and bad food. After several requests to change the napkin, I had to provide a handkerchief. Poor and no choice breakfast. For the gluten-free, availability was guaranteed but there was only an obligatory solution. Staff quite annoyed at every slightest request. In short, I absolutely do not recommend it.

We were really pleased to have chosen this hotel to spend Christmas .. excellent food, excellent hospitality, clean and warm hotel .. the entertainment is much appreciated by children .. we will definitely be back ????
P	Pierluigi Rux on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti con la mia famiglia...stanze molto confortevoli...cucina soddisfacente ...personale molto cortese e disponibile...insomma siamo stati bene... purtroppo è mancata la protagonista principale...la.neve...ma sicuramente non mancherà occasione di pernottare con una stanza vista lago innevata We stayed 4 nights with my family ... very comfortable rooms ... satisfactory cuisine ... very courteous and helpful staff ... in short, we had a good time ... unfortunately the main protagonist was missing ... la.neve. ..but surely there will be an opportunity to stay overnight with a snow-covered lake view room
e	elo pus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo fatto un weekend per ricaricare le batterie...abbiamo trovato un ottimo posto di puro relax facendo anche un bel percorso Spa guidati e consigliati dalla responsabile della Spa che è stata molto disponibile. Consiglio a chi vuole staccare la spina per poco tempo. We did a weekend to recharge our batteries ... we found a great place of pure relaxation also doing a nice Spa path guided and recommended by the Spa manager who was very helpful. Advice to those who want to unplug for a short time.

Tutto il resto valuto zero, animazione assente, cibo orrendo, quantità e qualità scarsa. Cenone di capodanno pessimo....mi chiedo come sia possibile un hotel 4 stelle?! Una vera delusione Given that: I leave the review now only because I hoped until the end that something would change! Only 2 positives. CLEAN ROOMS AND WELLNESS CENTER. Everything else I rate zero, no entertainment, horrendous food, poor quantity and quality. Bad New Year's Eve dinner .... I wonder how a 4-star hotel is possible ?! A real disappointment
