Le camere sono piccoli appartamenti con zona cucina, puliti e confortevoli anche se in stile datato. Consiglio vivamente il soggiorno, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Great stay, very courteous staff and attentive to customer requests. Excellent cuisine and the restaurant and entertainment staff. The rooms are small apartments with kitchen areas, clean and comfortable although dated in style. I highly recommend the stay, excellent value for money.

Unica pecca è l'animazione assente. Un pò di musica è un po di movimento in più non guasterebbe. Comunque a parte questo tutto molto bello, ci torneremo sicuramente... Lo consiglio Excellent value for money, excellent food and super clean rooms, the best thing is that the rooms have a living area with TV, mini fridge and kitchen with all the necessary dishes. The only flaw is the absent animation. A little bit of music and a little more movement wouldn't hurt. However apart from that all very nice, we will definitely be back ... I recommend it

Perché a differenza di altre strutture la Residenza Lorica offre una struttura curata ed accogliente, le stanze non sono stenze, ma veri e propri mini appartamenti con tanto di cucinino, frigo e stoviglie. Ben riscaldato, confortevole e gestito da uno staff gentile ed accogliente e, non per ultimo, un ristorante di livello alto, mai ripetitivo nel menù che offre ai suoi ospiti l'operato di un grande chef capace di farti godere a tavola e di materie prime locali di bontà infinita. Un particolare ringraziamento va ai camerieri, che si sono rivelati veloci, professionali ed estremamente empatici, il che fa la differenza con i soliti servizi ai tavoli, freddi e distaccati. Tutto questo davanti allo scenario del lago Arvo che rende il tutto meraviglioso. Right name: residence! Because unlike other structures, Residenza Lorica offers a refined and welcoming structure, the rooms are not rooms, but real mini apartments complete with a kitchenette, fridge and crockery. Well heated, comfortable and managed by a kind and welcoming staff and, last but not least, a high level restaurant, never repetitive in the menu that offers its guests the work of a great chef capable of making you enjoy at the table and raw materials premises of infinite goodness. A special thanks goes to the waiters, who turned out to be fast, professional and extremely empathetic, which makes the difference with the usual cold and detached table services. All this in front of the scenery of Lake Arvo which makes everything wonderful.

Il servizio è impeccabile, dall'accoglienza alla partenza. È doveroso, in particolare, un elogio alla professionalità del Receptionist e del Maître di Sala. Colazione, pranzo e cena squisiti, quindi, meritati complimenti allo Chef. Le stanze sono calde, isolate termicamente, pulite e accoglienti. Insomma, posto super consigliato tra le tante perle calabresi. A wonderful place surrounded by nature. The structure overlooks Lake Arvo, therefore, in the morning, awakening arouses emotions of amazement mixed with dreams. The service is impeccable, from welcome to departure. In particular, praise is due to the professionalism of the Receptionist and the Maître di Sala. Exquisite breakfast, lunch and dinner, therefore, well-deserved compliments to the Chef. The rooms are warm, thermally insulated, clean and welcoming. In short, a super recommended place among the many Calabrian pearls.

L'hotel è molto comodo, accogliente e decisamente pulito, inoltre la vista sul lago ha qualcosa di magico. È in una posizione molto buona, a pochi km dagli impianti di Lorica. La cucina è molto buona, tipica e variegata..in 3 giorni le pietanze erano tutte diverse. Il servizio in cucina è stato impeccabile ed un ringraziamento particolare va alla professionalità ed attenzione di Pietro. Il direttore, il sig. Sergio, sempre disponibile e cortese...consiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui. Per noi è un' esperienza da ripetere. We stayed 3 nights half board: we had a great time. The hotel is very comfortable, welcoming and very clean, plus the view of the lake has something magical about it. It is in a very good position, just a few km from the Lorica lifts. The cuisine is very good, typical and varied .. in 3 days the dishes were all different. The service in the kitchen was impeccable and a special thanks goes to Pietro's professionalism and attention. The director, Mr. Sergio, always helpful and courteous ... I highly recommend staying here. For us it is an experience to be repeated.

L	Louise Fourie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible! Avoid at all Costs! Unfriendly Manager robbed us of our deposit making up costs that do not exist. Nothing was opened, not the restaurant or any facilities. Dark and dingy and quite depressing.
C	Carin de Kock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is very basic and rustic - don't expect any luxuries. It's well located and our room had a stunning view over the lake. Our room smelled terrible upon arrival - like someone had been chain smoking in there with the doors and windows closed for 30 years. The rooms are not serviced despite the mandatory €100 cleaning fee and no dishwashing soap or cloths were supplied - supposedly one is expected to bring your own cleaning materials. The elevator was out of service with no sign of any intention to get it repaired in the week we were there - cue an old lady struggling on the stairs with a crutch. There is a huge entertainment area in the basement where guests could do a spot of dancing till the wee hours of the morning - though that in itself didn't disturb us, the revellers returning to their rooms and conversing at full volume every morning was very disturbing. The water for the shower was often Luke warm at best - best time for hot water is late at night or very early morning. There are some lovely walks to do in the forest behind the hotel. The hotel is very remote - I would recommend bringing a car as public transport is virtually non-existent.
