Twinned with the Anrares hotel. We had a good time. Two outdoor pools and one indoor. Free use of jacuzzi and gym. Food was good and within easy reach of Taormina (you must visit). Catch bus at ground level outside hotel. Only dissapointment was the beach. Bit pebbly and gets deep quickly. No free wifi. But, plenty of activities for kids and adults. Good bar atmosphere and chance to get some dancing in. All in all we had a good time. Staff really friendly and selection of inclusive drinks was good.

We had a great stay. It was relaxing, the room was quiet at night, the staff were really lovely and hospitable. The hotel is quite dated though. It could do with a bit of a revamp

everything is horrible, the personnel and their behavior, the foods are the cheapest. All building and rooms and corridor smell bad

We were amazed this hotel is fantastic the staff are brilliant nothing is too much trouble the location is a bit out of the way but the views are stunning first thing in the morning and last thing at night. The food is lovely especially as its a buffet I would recommend half board as nearest restaurants are a it of a trot away and the bus service, while we stayed only runs until 9 and a taxi would cost from Taormina about €20/€25 so we've been told. I will definitely return to this hotel.

This is a hotel that serves large tour buses and is built for volume of people processed instead of good customer service to the individual. Location: A large hotel that is driving distance to Taormina. Facilities: We visited in the off-season so it was nearly empty and all outdoor facilities including the pool were closed. There was plenty of parking available in late-November (both in the paid lots and the free parking along the private road to the hotel. The bed was very soft and comfortable. The bathroom was of good size, but with mildew growing in the tiles of the shower. There was also inexplicably a bottle opener mounted to the bathroom wall above the heater. The interior and exterior walls of the rooms are very thin without noise dampening. We could hear full conversations from room neighbors and we were jarred out of our sleep at 7am to loud construction workers and their equipment in the 'garden' outside of our room. Breakfast: The breakfast buffet is expansive with food offerings for Italian, European, and American tastes. The coffee at breakfast is of poor quality and out of a 'press a button' machine. Service: When the wifi was out on our floor we informed the front desk only to be rudely told "it must be our devices problem" even though our devices had no problem connecting to other wifi networks in the building, just not in the vicinity of our room.

I chose this hotel because we came to Sicily in april and it was the only hotel in the area with a wellness facility within our budget. We have spent here 4 nights so far, but it’s a disappointment. The interior looks like we travelled back in time to the 80’s. The internet doesn’t work in the rooms, and is very slow (practically unusable) even in the lobby. There are no carpets anywhere, only cold tile floors and the walls are paper-thin, so you hear every little noise your neighour or the people staying in the room above make. Our upper neighbour got up, flushed the toilet and started walking around 5:30-6 AM EVERY morning. We ended up buying earplugs so we could sleep. Pillows are very hard and uncomfortable (they are throw cushions, not pillows). We received no extra towels or bathrobes for the wellness, when we asked for them, we ended up paying extra - 3 EUR/night/person for the bathrobe alone. Wellness facility is also extra: 2 EUR/ 5 minutes in the COLD jacuzzi, 3 EUR/person/compulsory bathing caps, 15 EUR/sauna/day. Plus, the hotel is on a hilltop and quite far from everything, including the sea. There’s a glass elevator however from which you can easily reach the seaside. We only discovered it on our last day which is a pity. The view from the hotel is spectacular.

Nice facility but poor customer service and hidden fees (5 euro per person per day) to use gym (closed / covid) spa (closed / covid) pool and beach ?.
