★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel and rooms are about the avarage, food was either very good or horrible nothing in between but the restaurant service was nice. I do not recommend the beach it is pretty dirty and you need a shoes for water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good three star hotel. Location is exceptional, just across the street from the beach, less then 10 minutes from bus station, surrounded with nice restaurants and cafes and bakeries.
Hotel is very clean, that mostly compensate the fact that hotel is a bit old and could use some refurbisment. It's cleaned daily, rooms are comfy (although it would help to have more hangers in the closet.
People mostly complain about food, the lack of choice of it, but I would say that is great plus - in ten days you can try 7 or 8 different dishes, 7 or 8 different types of pasta (and pasta sauces), all made in Sicilian style, very tasty and served by nicest waiters. Of course, dining room is also very, very clean.
We felt very nice, welcomed and relaxed there.
Wifi is only available in the loby, and the signal is poor, and that is the only minus (if you don't live in EU), but you have nearby cafe where you can use wifi.
I would definitely recommend this hotel, and would go there again too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive for what it offers - tiny room, leaking shower, horrible breakfast (supermarket food, ready made, any fresh food to be paid for extra, like omelettes). What they call a city view is a view into someone’s living room. Bad experience with a waiter at the bar who didn’t bother to bring our drinks to the beach saying he finished the service...that didn’t stop him from serving drinks to another couple half an hour later. Beach towels to be paid for extra, parking to be paid for extra....felt like a really cheap hotel where they get money out of extras...except it wasn’t cheap at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel located right on the beach, excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the time we spent at the hotel. The restaurant is not something to brag about, the food is good but nearby you can find really good restaurants. Please do let Google take you / give you directions on how to reach the hotel, it will recommend a route on extremely narrow streets and if you don't have a fiat 500 you're basically f... Call the hotel to give you instructions on how to reach them.
