★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last Saturday me and my wife drove down the area of Savona , all hotels were almost full up,we found a room in Garden hotel. The services was very good, however, the room was bad, especially the bathroom need to be repaired,we paid 250€ for one night,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice accomodations and some of the staff were flexible and nice. There was a woman working the front desk on my check out day who was absolutely terrible. She stubbornly would not honor a 30% discount agreement that my father-in-law had negotiated and had in writing. It was a really nice stay partially ruined by last minute price niggling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we are so disappointed in this 4 star hotel.. we check in aug. 2 and the room they gave us was not in the reserve plan.. lack of 1 single bed.. and we move in the 5th floor and stay and the room aircondition stop cooling at 1 midnight... we have a baby and cant sleep because it was too warm... the billiard hall cannot use because there's no ball and the billiard table was covered. we are not so happy on our stay.. i suggest before booked on the hotel to check the reviews and comments from the guest. it was totaly nightmare for all of us

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me be clear. The hotel itself its OK. The service was OK. The room was OK. The breakfast was a little bit disappointing. I took a trip through the Northern part of Italy with my husband we stayed at TWO other hotels in different areas. One a fours stars one a three star hotels.... Both GREAT hotels. Wonderful service by the staff, great breakfast. The hotel bedroom was outdated, there was a big spot of mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, the furniture in general had seen better days and they AC not really helping the scorching heat. Europeans hotels have great breakfasts doesn't matter if its a BB or a 4 star hotel. NEVER IN EUROPE HAD I SEEN BEFORE SLICED CHEESE STILL INDIVIDUALLY PACKED IN PLASTIC... LIKE THE ONE YOU USE TO PUT IN A CHEESE BURGER... NEVER. My point is.. Yes, you can stay here... But.. A 4 STAR RAITING???? REALLY. I find this unfair since we stayed at two other hotels that were LEAPS ahead of this hotel in service, staff friendlies, infrastructure, much cleaner, and better breakfast. It seems to me unfair that hotels that are trying much harder get the same or a lower rating. It doesn't seem fair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a 4* hotel. Staff on the reception not much friendly. You must pay for garage 15€ ! Never seen before anywhere. And it was also very hard to park. In front of the parking place is column. Breakfast? No comment...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a 4 stars for sure. The swimming pool is nice but small. Nice outside space to have breakfast. Receptionists just fine, they don't provide the correct information so be careful. Gentle staff in the bar and the cleaning service. Cool artistic marine style. Very clean. Not very well distribution of the spaces in the bathroom. Not sea-view balcony.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel garden is in a strategic place, near the national road and 200m to the "brach"I put "beach" in brackets because it's too tiny and you can really say you are on the beach if seating in the last row. The only problem with this hotel is that you really be disturb with cars, trucks noise throughout the night. If you are thinking to book there for a rest, just forget it. If you have a car, better inform the reservation much earlier otherwise, you gonna make tremendous city tour before finding a parking
