★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spend excellent winter holday in Panoramik Hotel in January 2019 with all our familly. We planned to come back for winter holiday 2020. We had very nice room with comfortable bathroom. Hotel has delicious meals. Everyone can find something for themselves. We recommend it for familly with children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For me our room and the hotel overall was defintely above average. Quite clean and also also very beautiful. Especially the showers were absolutely great, they nearly felt like standing in actual rain. The pool was also such a nice place to relax in after a long day.
The breakfast was pretty poor compared to the ones I'm used to in Finland. Still, the breakfast here was much more versatile than the ones I've had earlier in other hotels from central Europe.
Near the pools there was also a spa area, which contained for example a few saunas. Since I'm from Finland, I can verify that the "Finnish sauna" was almost perfect according to the Finnish traditions, except the lack of water that you're supposed to throw to the sauna heater. Also, not to be picky, but the door handle in the sauna was metallic, which obviously turns quite hot in the heat of the sauna. Traditionally those are wooden.
The only actual complain I have is about the beds, which all were pretty hard caused by the metallic parts of the mattress, which you were able to feel very clearly. My sister found it quite difficult to sleep because of this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 star for reception, 1 star room size & 1 star for breakfast. These were all good, plus parking.
BAD: 1 star lost for my son´s sofa bed, which we paid for! The mattress was so old, not only did it have springs, but the springs were sticking out so much, one might compare it to a torture bed! He ended up sleeping with us, in our double. Needless to say we didn´t get the best night´s sleep. 2 star lost because the WIFI was non existent!
