D	Davide Pomati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato via booking.com una camera rimborsabile entro i 4 giorni prima dell'arrivo. Cancellando il giorno seguente mi è stata applicata la penale. Come in altri casi, ho chiamato per richiedere uno storno, anche parziale. La struttura ha rifiutato e oltretutto in modo maleducato. La struttura può rifutare, visto che purtroppo l'errore è stato mio, ed io posso fare una recensione negativa per la mia esperienza con questa struttura. Signori si nasce e qui non lo sono. I booked a refundable room via booking.com within 4 days before arrival. If I canceled the following day, the penalty was applied. As in other cases, I called to request a cancellation, even partial. The facility refused and moreover in a rude way. The property can refuse, since unfortunately the mistake was mine, and I can make a negative review for my experience with this structure. Gentlemen are born and here they are not.

R	Rosita Bianco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati 2 notti in questo hotel,la posizione è sicuramente comoda ma tutto il resto lascia desiderare.per cominciare non ci si può chiudere dall’interno, infatti ci siamo trovati la signora delle pulizie che ha aperto la porta della nostra stanza mentre stavamo ancora dormendo. Il materasso è scomodissimo,duro,ci siamo svegliati con un mal di schiena atroce. Per l’aria condizionata c’è una tempistica, decidono loro quando si spegne e si è sprovvisti di telecomando, l’albergo è una struttura vecchio stile, anni 70/80, l’unica cosa moderna è la doccia ! L’odore non era il massimo, dita di polvere dietro la tv sui mobili pavimento del bagno non pulitissimo per non parlare degli asciugamani già macchiati ! La cosa triste è che al momento della prenotazione ti prendono subito i soldi, quando al nostro arrivo il signore alla reception ci ha consigliato di pagare in contanti per risparmiare qualcosina, peccato che il giorno dopo (quello della nostra partenza) la signora ci aveva già scalato i soldi dalla carta di credito nonostante avessimo espresso la volontà di usare il contante giustificandosi dicendo “ eh va bene lo stesso”. Non capisco le recensioni positive dicendo che il posto sia fantastico, l’unica cosa fantastica di questo hotel è stata la partenza ! We stayed 2 nights in this hotel, the location is certainly convenient but everything else leaves something to be desired.to begin with you can't lock yourself from the inside, in fact we found the cleaning lady who opened the door to our room while we were still staying sleeping. The mattress is very uncomfortable, hard, we woke up with excruciating back pain. There is a timing for the air conditioning, they decide when it turns off and you do not have a remote control, the hotel is an old-fashioned structure, from the 70s / 80s, the only modern thing is the shower! The smell was not the best, fingers of dust behind the TV on the furniture, the bathroom floor was not very clean, not to mention the already stained towels! The sad thing is that at the time of booking they take your money immediately, when upon our arrival the gentleman at the reception advised us to pay in cash to save a little something, too bad that the next day (that of our departure) the lady had already us deducted the money from the credit card despite having expressed the willingness to use the cash justifying itself by saying “eh that's okay”. I don't understand the positive reviews saying that the place is fantastic, the only great thing about this hotel was the departure!
I	IRE FAN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La signora alla a cettazione che subito può sembrare molto severa e in realtà corretta e rispetta alla lettera le norme anti covod. E le camere vengono date dopo la mezza perché vengono sanificate. Quindi basta chiedere gentilmente e la signora spiega. Bella stanza e prezzo ottimo rispetto a molte altre strutture. Sicuramente valuterò di ritornare. Grazie allo staff. The lady at the acceptance who immediately may seem very strict and actually correct and respects the anti covod rules to the letter. And the rooms are given after half because they are sanitized. So just ask politely and the lady explains. Nice room and great price compared to many other properties. I will definitely consider returning. Thanks to the staff.

Colazione buona, con prodotti sia freschi che confezionati. I titolari gentili e simpatici. Alla prossima volta. I returned after 3 years and found the renovated room, really nice and spacious, with a new and spacious bathroom. Good breakfast, with both fresh and packaged products. The kind and nice owners.
