Good for kids. A lot of rules. Not as relaxed as it could be.

Sadly, I was disappointed by the park. Apparently this had nothing to do with Al Bano, but with his brother's family. There is no proof that it is the biggest in the south of Italy as they pretend to be (I have visited tens of parks in Italy... Rossano calabro and others are bigger and more funny). Generally, the impression I've gotten is about personnel impolite and arrogant. Everything seems to be forbidden... I lack to understand how such a great potential (beautiful landscape, clean water, clean WCs, nice decorations, etc.) is ruined by the lack of organisation and coordination among the personnel. Endless queues with almost empty sliders, attractions not really funny (new area apart), more customers accepted than furniture (chairs, chaises longue, etc.), obsolete and rude rules (you can't touch anything in the water even for a picture without the watch whistling at you, to slide you have to remove all from your body including tiny necklaces, kids below 1,40 can't slide in most of watersliders, always swimming-cap on when in the water, inflatable raft to be carried vertical and not horizontal in the queue, watch screaming how stupid you are the way you sit on the raft, etc.), infinite cycle of public adv to buy oil and wine from the same family, arrogant watch (NOT on duty) telling queued burned-under-the-sun people not to touch the water because the swimming pool closed (meanwhile enjoying his pause laying into the water of the closed pool... saying "I can do it, you don't"), watch watering the queue saying "to clean them"... I stop here. I'm really disappointed. Cheap prices though. Your choice to go there...

Carrisisland was not made for grown up people. Maybe small kids will have a lot of fun. I think the biggest problem at the resort... Everything is forbidden!!! First of all I do not want to talk badly here. I just want to warn the people who expect too much for their 14 euro I put everything here on what is important for the stay. - Bathing cap compulsory in all water areas and costs 1 euro If you don't bring your own - jewelry or something like that are straight forbidden when you use the slides -The slides it self are really old and uncomfortable. - Sliding is only allowed in the prescribed position and is monitored very strictly, so that normal slipping is impossible. - Women in bikini get a kind of swimming trunks directly before they slides ( very unhygienic) - the constant whistle of the bath master to correct the violations is very annoying. - The resort is pretty and clean with all the palms and sun chairs.

The waterpark is well organized for adults and most importantly for children, we had a great time there

We had Groupon vouchers for a group of 8 and it was a fantastic day. A well run, clean park with water slides for all ages. You can bring your own lunch as there are many nice picnic places in the park. The pools are beautifully clean and welcoming. Thank you for a great day! We would certainly recommend it to families for a fun day out.
