β β β β β I spent in Donatello hotel a few business trips and I felt as I was part of a family! Always kind and helpful, always keen to make my stay the best ever!
The rooms are very nice and "Florence" style, the atmosphere is very "italian".

β β β β β Horrible service, our flight got cancelled and they charged us the full amount. When we claimed with booking they replied on a very rude way saying the charge was correct. We paid 500β¬ for 3 night last min cancellation!
No consideration and they donβt respect Booking policies!!! Be Aware!!!!
